Small, very small but this is a reality in Hong Kong. It was surprisingly comfortable. Location us unbeatable! Very nice and helpful staff. I decided to stay here again for me return journey.

there is no air condition working no wentilation please don't stay i was check-out with in two hours even can't breeth properly in this guest house and vendor talk so much rude i was attached screen shoots of chating even its not my fualt if ac not work but vendor not return my money

The location is super convenient, right by the side entrance of Mirador Mansion, just outside Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit D1/D2. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Pier, depending on your pace; anyone claiming it's a 5-minute walk is exaggerating! The owner is very responsive on WeChat and answers all questions. I forgot to activate overseas services on my bank card, so I couldn't withdraw cash. I looked online for several 'favorable' currency exchange shops, especially one in Sheung Wan where a young woman offered a rate of 0.98 for amounts under HKD 1,000, plus a HKD 100 handling fee – it was practically a rip-off! I tried asking the owner if she could help me exchange money, and she was incredibly helpful! I offered a 1:1 exchange, but she generously gave me HKD 105 for every RMB 100, which was almost the same rate I'd get from my bank card. Huge praise for her assistance! The room is quite small, but the bed was just right for my 1.78m height. I've stayed in Hong Kong hotels before, and rooms are generally compact here. The room provides shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper; you'll need to bring anything else. As a frequent traveler, I'm already used to this. I stayed here in 2023, and this is my second visit. Definitely giving it a good review! Remember, you get what you pay for. It's unfair to review a place costing just over HKD 100 or less than HKD 200 with the expectations of a star-rated hotel.

We want to book again

It is not even a hotel. It is anything else except being a hotel. The place is not proper at all for human usage. Smell is very bad and you can see sweres drainers. I couldn’t imaging that I would be sleeping for 4 days in such a place and washroom was terrible. There is no place to take shower. And while sitting on the comod both ur thighs will be touching the walls as the space was very small. I changed it right away and I reserved a proper place which can be used by humans. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

The space is a bit small but it's clean.if you want a budget friendly place with a good location near mtr, shopping malls and restaurants and tourist attractions, you can go for this.thanks to the 2  staff who assisted us of which one is a Filipina.

Excellent location right outside the Tsim Sha Tsui station. Lots of food, bars, and shopping downstairs. Getting to Hong Kongs main locations are only a few stops away. The room and private bathroom were quite small as expected but overall clean. The building is also quite old so it is not luxurious, but does come with multiple working elevators, though they are small and slow. There is a main electronic lock at the front door and a second lock at your room as well as cameras around the unit so overall quite secure. Good if you are travelling and just need a room to sleep and shower. They can also hold your luggage temporarily for you. Check in can be flexible if needed. Cannot be beat for the price.

Excellent accommodation. We had the twin room with the window which for a small apartment block room in Hong Kong was bigger than the other small rooms we’ve had! Under the bed storage space and space by the door. There was a kettle and fridge we could use just outside the room. Good air-conditioning. Clean bedding, bathroom and room. Very responsive host, met us for luggage storage, took us to the room to check things were ok, contactable by message when we had requests/questions. Great location in Kowloon close to shops/mosque/park and MTR.

Everything was as expected. Clean, friendly host and small room. Good value for Hong Kong.

The host was very friendly, and the rooms were cozy. They even provided toiletries. We would definitely stay again.

The place is very safe and well maintained, The owner is very accomodating, she is 24/7 actively replying to our queries whenever we have some concerns, questions, or clarifications within the city or whatever we need in our rooms. The place is budget friendly so don't expect a hotel like amenities. It's a guest house accommodation. By far, this is more spacious than chungking units. Also, the elevator is not that crowded, and you feel safer than any other guest house in TST. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Hong Kong.

Central location just next to TST MTR. Located at a building which is relatively less busy than the notorious Chungking Mansion. No long waits for lift. Relatively spacious given this price. Highly recommended especially if you’re on a tight budget.
