Third time choosing this hotel. In general; If you are visiting Hong Kong for some shopping, foodie and no interest to travel to somewhere far away from HK island or theme park. A recommended place to stay with approximately 6min away from metro station and 3 mins if you take A11 from Airport. Hotel might be a bit age but sti clean enough. I get good and friend services .

Thanks for the warm welcoming. Overall 4/5. We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, nice soundblock, its newly opened. But just too many crowd at lift lobby all the time and water in pool seems no effort on getting it warm. Plus transfer between lifts is a bit complicated.

Excellent hotel, large rooms above expectations, the room was clean and well-equipped, underwent basic cleaning, received water and clean towels every day. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in everything (including ordering food and recommendations for attractions). Located a few minutes walk from the metro. There isn’t a washing machine in the hotel! The WIFI was the worst I have ever saw!!!

The room was optimally sized , providing a comfortable balance of space and functionality. A larger smart TV was highlight, offering excellent entertainment options like you tube . The air conditioning performed very well, maintaining a consistently pleasant temperature throughout the stay. A mini fridge was available, though its capacity was limited to a few cans of beverages, which may not be sufficient for guests requiring more storage.Overall , the room was well-equipped and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Wonderful stay! I booked Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong through Trip.com and the process was seamless — instant confirmation, easy check-in and everything matched the listing perfectly. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, my room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, and the location was excellent for exploring Causeway Bay and getting around the city. Great value for money and a stress-free booking experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is great, it looks amazing. The reception team are polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help (in my case, they helped me with a number of issues, and did it elegantly, quickly, and with a smile). The housekeeping are amazing and made me feel at home. Hygiene and cleanliness is a priority for them. Rooms are big enough, beds are comfortable, A/C and the shower work well. Lighting in the room is well thought through. The only tip for the traveller: if tea in paper sachets is not your thing, make sure you bring your own. It's not that big a deal, but I was happy I had my own favo with me, as I enjoyed a cuppa in my room in the evening and Lipton is not my kinda tea. As for location, I just loves my it: two minutes down the road is a tram stop for Kennedy Road, and it's cheap, enjoyable and will take you to the heart of HK in 15 minutes. 10-12 minute walk away is an MRT station Wan Chai that will also take you anywhere in the city. About 8 minute walk will take you to the Blue House and to a temple. There are enough restaurants, big, small, cheap, expensive and anything in between to give you an excellent culinary experience of HK. Besides the hotel's restaurant offers great deal too. In short, very much recommended!

Fantastic hotel. We initially stayed for one night and then extended our stay for another day. Room rates can fluctuate, so it's a good idea to keep an eye on them before booking. An average price of around RMB 500-700 per night feels quite reasonable.

The service attitude is good, and the hygiene is OK, but there is indeed a strong smell of kitchen fumes at night, which is very disturbing. It is even a bit choking when opening the bathroom. The sound insulation is not good. Guests who come back late do not have the awareness of keeping quiet, and the sound of karaoke can be heard downstairs. The location is really good, close to the Causeway Bay MTR entrance, shopping is more convenient, and the bus station is also close. Overall, it is still OK, but the smell of fumes does affect the experience of resting in the hotel after a tiring day. I hope it can be improved.

Unexpected small room! Booked it for one night coz of the excellent location, but since the room locates in the corridor of the floor at an old building, it's very noisy even at midnight and early morning unfortunately when people walk in and out.

  • Tsim Sha Tsui: Tsim Sha Tsui, located at the southern tip of the Kowloon Peninsula in Hong Kong, is one of the most representative and bustling areas in the city. It boasts a rich historical background and a modern appearance, and is renowned for its busy commercial district and multicultural characteristics. It features luxury shopping centers, internationally renowned hotels and high-rise buildings. At the same time, it retains historical traces, with many ancient buildings and museums. Showcase Hong Kong's culture and history. And don't forget to take a stroll along the Victoria Harbour at night and enjoy the breathtaking night view of Harbour City!

  • Victoria Peak Tram: To reach the summit of Victoria Peak, taking one of the world's oldest and most renowned Peak Trams is definitely an unforgettable experience! The entire railway is pulled by steel cables. The train climbs up the slope from an altitude of 28 meters to 396 meters (about 1,300 feet), and passengers can overlook the Victoria Harbour along the way. The tall buildings and thick bushes all seem to have fallen to one side. It's truly a wonderful feeling!

Perfect
LLizzy1987I have to comment in person, so that you don’t know, pay attention: no toothbrush, no comb, it is estimated that you have to ask the front desk, the nature of the apartment, you can wash clothes, the advantage is that the view is good, it is very convenient to take the rail car and the minibus 1, but ah, the mattress is really hard, the bed is a bit cheap, I slept with back pain, clean and good, the safety exit lights can't be turned off at night, and the towels are wrapped in the end. I suggest to experience this price. If you don't have money, choose other sea views five-star, the hotel also has a buffet breakfast restaurant! There is no meal here, there is an ice room downstairs, solve breakfast by yourself! The water in the toilet is yellow rust and needs to be improved!

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly helpful. My original check-out time was 12:00 PM, but when I asked the front desk if I could have a late check-out, they happily granted me an extra hour. When I called again while out on an errand to ask for a 2:00 PM check-out, they were equally accommodating. Ultimately, I didn't get back to the hotel until 4:20 PM. Despite the significant delay, the front desk didn't charge me any late check-out fees and processed my check-out without issue. They even helped me with my luggage and hailed a taxi for me. This level of service was truly exceptional. The room was also very spacious, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Its location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and taxis. Overall, a highly recommended hotel!

GGuest UserLocated near Bauhinia Square, the hotel boasts beautiful sea views and very welcoming service. The covered walkway connecting the hotel directly to the subway station is incredibly convenient, providing excellent shelter from the elements. It seemed some elevators were undergoing maintenance or an upgrade, as they didn't operate in sync, which occasionally led to longer waiting times. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of red wine from the hotel. The wine itself was delicious – light-bodied, smooth, and refreshing. A really nice unexpected touch.

GGuest UserPark Lane Hotel is an ideal location for me. Easy access to all amenities and even have supermarkets right at the door step especially during typhoon season that was god send i can honestly say. Specially shout out to couple of the “Doorman” Sony and Awatar they have been doing fantastic job and make you welcomed and wanting to come back to stay in this hotel again. Minor suggestion is that there are only handful of benches …. very uncomfortable even though every hotel is different but still believe they are need to put more attention to the guests experience. LLuna TravelsThe room was surprisingly big for Hong Kong, although definitely could be renovated. I was disappointed by the breakfast. You get to choose one option out of four and they are all kind of Chinese fast food, like instant noodles. Plus throwing menu to the guests tables is not very pleasing. The atmosphere during breakfast wasn’t good so I hurried to finish it and left. Didn’t even show up the rest of my stay.
