Third time choosing this hotel. In general; If you are visiting Hong Kong for some shopping, foodie and no interest to travel to somewhere far away from HK island or theme park. A recommended place to stay with approximately 6min away from metro station and 3 mins if you take A11 from Airport. Hotel might be a bit age but sti clean enough. I get good and friend services .

Amazing hospitality at Hopewell, in a great location with lots of local food options and convenient shopping. The check-in process was very smooth with manager Karen Lee (who kindly upgraded our room for our anniversary). One our favourite hotels in Hong Kong, looking forward to coming back.

This marks my second stay at a Regal property this year, though in a different location. The location is superb. It's incredibly accessible; I traveled from Austin to Hung Hom via the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail, then connected directly to Causeway Bay. From MTR Causeway Bay Exit F1, it's a straightforward walk of under ten minutes. Even on this short stroll, I discovered a plethora of dining options in the vicinity. The front desk service was on point – polite and efficient. The room's design leaned towards a classic, perhaps slightly dated, style. While it was standard, it was perfectly functional. The cleanliness was commendable. My only minor quibble was the lack of slippers (possibly an oversight, but I didn't personally find it a big issue). At approximately 30 square meters and priced around HKD 600+, it offers excellent value for money in Hong Kong. Overall, the Regal Hotels chain in Hong Kong consistently offers a worthwhile stay. Highly recommended.

Upon checking in, I was immediately struck by the incredible view! We had panoramic vistas of Happy Valley and the city skyline, which was truly satisfying. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and even provided small necessities like disposable forks and spoons when requested. We also appreciated that by forgoing daily room cleaning, we received a 20 HKD vending machine voucher, which clearly shows their genuine commitment to environmental practices. My *only* negative experience was with a cleaning lady in the lobby. While I was filling my cup, it overflowed slightly onto the table – something I didn't immediately notice. She then loudly 'tsk-ed,' turned, glared at me, and rolled her eyes. Her attitude was truly shocking... I immediately apologized, but for a spill of less than 10 square centimeters to provoke such a furious reaction from her makes me wonder how often she must get upset or frustrated while performing her cleaning duties every day. Anyway, despite that incident, I was very satisfied overall. The room was spacious, and transportation was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was optimally sized , providing a comfortable balance of space and functionality. A larger smart TV was highlight, offering excellent entertainment options like you tube . The air conditioning performed very well, maintaining a consistently pleasant temperature throughout the stay. A mini fridge was available, though its capacity was limited to a few cans of beverages, which may not be sufficient for guests requiring more storage.Overall , the room was well-equipped and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Reasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.

The service attitude is good, and the hygiene is OK, but there is indeed a strong smell of kitchen fumes at night, which is very disturbing. It is even a bit choking when opening the bathroom. The sound insulation is not good. Guests who come back late do not have the awareness of keeping quiet, and the sound of karaoke can be heard downstairs. The location is really good, close to the Causeway Bay MTR entrance, shopping is more convenient, and the bus station is also close. Overall, it is still OK, but the smell of fumes does affect the experience of resting in the hotel after a tiring day. I hope it can be improved.

Had a wonderfully comfortable and highly satisfying stay, offering excellent value for money. 1. **Spaciousness:** The room was remarkably large by Hong Kong standards, exceeding 20 square meters. Beyond the bathroom, it featured a dedicated kitchen and a small dining area. Multiple windows provided abundant natural light, making the space bright and airy. The decor was elegantly cozy, truly creating a home-away-from-home ambiance. 2. **Convenient Amenities:** The kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, induction hob, washing machine (with dryer function), range hood, refrigerator, and a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery – all perfectly functional and in great condition. This was a huge advantage, as many hotels and guesthouses often have such appliances that are merely for show. During our three-day stay, the washer/dryer was incredibly convenient for daily laundry. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks in the fridge. 3. **Excellent Location & Perks:** The hotel boasts a superb location with convenient transportation. It's just a few hundred meters, roughly a 10-minute walk, from Wan Chai MTR station. Getting to Central or Tsim Sha Tsui MTR is incredibly easy, just two stops each. Popular attractions like Golden Bauhinia Square and Victoria Harbour are also within easy walking distance. While a full breakfast isn't provided, the lobby offers 24-hour complimentary coffee, and from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, guests can enjoy free apples, bananas, and pastries – a thoughtful solution for a quick morning bite. 4. **Friendly Service & Minor Detail:** The lobby staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting us warmly. During check-in, they patiently explained all the essential details and how to operate the in-room appliances. The hotel also features both an indoor and outdoor lounge area, both tastefully decorated to create a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The only slight drawback is the approximately 20-meter steep uphill walk to reach the hotel entrance. This might pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues, seniors, or those with heavy luggage. However, this elevated position contributes to a very quiet and peaceful environment at night.

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly helpful. My original check-out time was 12:00 PM, but when I asked the front desk if I could have a late check-out, they happily granted me an extra hour. When I called again while out on an errand to ask for a 2:00 PM check-out, they were equally accommodating. Ultimately, I didn't get back to the hotel until 4:20 PM. Despite the significant delay, the front desk didn't charge me any late check-out fees and processed my check-out without issue. They even helped me with my luggage and hailed a taxi for me. This level of service was truly exceptional. The room was also very spacious, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Its location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and taxis. Overall, a highly recommended hotel!

AAnonymous UserMy stay here was absolutely superb, and I must give this hotel a glowing review! Its location is a major highlight; it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with abundant dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for both travel and daily life. During check-in, the receptionist was incredibly efficient and genuinely friendly. They even proactively shared information about the hotel's amenities, which made me feel very welcome. The room itself was more spacious than expected and spotlessly clean. The bedding felt soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep. The bathroom featured well-designed wet/dry separation, hot water was immediate, and the pressure was perfect. Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was excellent; I heard no noise at night, which is absolutely crucial for a good stay. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options, all delicious and catering to different preferences. Check-out was lightning-fast, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. It offers outstanding value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here!

LLamProbably the best hotel in Causeway Bay area. The rooms are much better than that of Park Lane and Regal Hotel. The restaurants are also good, the Chinese Restaurant is Michelin star restaurant. Frites is also a nice bar restaurant. Service of Carver steak house also nice. Also 2 mins walk to Times Square. Highly recommended.

SshtmpearlSimple but stylish hotel in the little cute area. We had dinner nearby. The neighbourhood is full of independent small restaurants. Hotel is fine but don’t know wheee to get drinking water which was not too happy (after calling front desk so many times without answering, we decided to buy water from 7-11). I think this can be improved by letting customers know in advance. Otherwise it’s too stressful 🥹

GGuest UserPark Lane Hotel is an ideal location for me. Easy access to all amenities and even have supermarkets right at the door step especially during typhoon season that was god send i can honestly say. Specially shout out to couple of the “Doorman” Sony and Awatar they have been doing fantastic job and make you welcomed and wanting to come back to stay in this hotel again. Minor suggestion is that there are only handful of benches …. very uncomfortable even though every hotel is different but still believe they are need to put more attention to the guests experience. GGuest UserGreat location, Wan Chai station entrance is just a short walk across the street and there’s bus stop in front of hotel. To go to airport, you need to go to another bus stop which is also a short walk from the hotel and most importantly, mostly flat so no worries about walking with your large luggage on slope. Even though my room was located on low floor and right in front of the lift, it’s not noisy. Bed are comfortable but pillows are too flat/low, needed 2 pillows. Toiletries was not provided due to HK government policy to reduce carbon footprint and the staff does inform during the check in process so make sure to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste vanity kit shavers and shower cap. No bottle water provided but there are water dispenser on 19th floor for guests to fill your own water bottle. Mini fridge and kettle are provided. Generally pleasant stay with lots of good food nearby.

GGuest UserThere was a smoking zone right next to the ground floor entrance which was very irritating and bad for nonsmokers like us. Wash basin a bit too small. Breakfast very poor. Could just provide freshly baked bread, jam, boiled or fried eggs will do. Tea and coffee also taste terrible. Other than that consider good.

GGuest UserThis is my 4th stay in a room on the 39th floor. Everything was fine before. Unfortunately, this time I had to spend a lot of time and nerves, which was not part of my plans. The pool on the 39th floor next to the room was used by a homeless person to spend the night. In addition, he smoked, shook ashes into the pool, and drank alcohol. All this happened on the only sun lounger. This is only what I saw passing by in the evening and at night. Unfortunately, the staff could not solve the problem the first time I asked and I had to ask for help at least 5 times. In the end, they offered me to act as a surveillance camera and if a homeless person appears, to inform them. Thank you very much. Of course, I understand the mentality of people in Hong Kong, but in China, I can hardly even imagine such a situation. I strongly advise against using this pool and staying on the top floor due to a serious security breach. Anyone from the street can enter your territory, since it is separated only by a low partition. My things were not in the room, but after entering the door. Unfortunately, after leaving, I discovered that a bottle of perfume was missing. The money and documents were in the safe, everything was fine with them. I think this is due to this person entering my territory. I closed the door to the room at night and the balcony. Perhaps this saved my valuables. In the middle of my vacation, I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. It was really gigantic. Thanks to the cleaning service. They were able to catch it and take it away. I hope the hotel management will take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of guests. Therefore, I will not give a bad rating to my favorite chain. I usually don't write reviews about hotels. And in such detail. But this time my wife made me write. She serves in the police and is very attentive to security issues. She said that she was very worried about having a stranger nearby. I think this is an exaggeration. She was probably offended that she was not congratulated on her birthday in this hotel, as she is used to in other hotels with a card or a compliment. She just happened to have a birthday when she checked in 😁😁😁

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Harbour Hella Inn for 2 weeks and overall, it was a unique experience. The hotel offers a modern and compact concept that is both practical and comfortable, making it suitable for both short and extended stays. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeper. She was incredibly friendly and made sure I had fresh towels every day, which added a nice touch to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the thoughtful provision of house shoes—definitely a cozy bonus! The amenities available in the pod were quite convenient. Having a microwave and an electric stove made it easy to prepare simple meals, which is especially helpful for longer stays. The view from the hotel was another highlight; it was truly stunning and contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. However, I did encounter some issues during my stay. The customer service staff, while friendly, were slow to respond on WhatsApp, particularly during an unsettling incident involving a creepy man. It would have been reassuring to receive quicker assistance in that situation, as safety is a top priority for any guest. In summary, the hotel offers a unique and enjoyable experience with excellent housekeeping and nice amenities. Just be prepared for potential delays in customer service responsiveness. I would recommend it for those looking for a budget-friendly option with a great view, but I hope the management addresses the customer service aspect for future guests.
