MM29387****The location is excellent! It's perfect for exploring and enjoying the Tsim Sha Tsui area. If you're coming from the airport, take bus A21 directly to Middle Road Station, and it's just a few minutes' walk from there.
The room was quite clean. The only issue we encountered was a clogged toilet drain in our room, but after we reported it, they promptly arranged for someone to fix it. Soundproofing, however, was poor; we could constantly hear doors opening and closing in the hallway.
Overall, the service attitude during our stay felt rather impersonal. While not overly warm, it wasn't rude either – perhaps Hongkongers tend to maintain a professional distance. (However, we did have one unpleasant encounter: a middle-aged concierge, approximately 40 years old, with a round head, who was standing behind the counter. The moment he heard us speaking Mandarin, his expression visibly changed, and he rolled his eyes. This was the only eye-roll we received during our entire trip to Hong Kong 🙄. In contrast, the concierge staff working outside the counter were extremely friendly!)
Other than that, there's nothing particularly noteworthy. The price was reasonable, offering great value for money given its prime location. Do note that rooms don't come with toiletries or complimentary water, so you'll need to bring your own. Conveniently, the H2 bus stop is right downstairs on the roadside. It's also very close to K11, Harbour City, Avenue of Stars, and Chungking Mansions.

The air conditioning performed very well, maintaining a consistently pleasant temperature throughout the stay. A mini fridge was available, though its capacity was limited to a few cans of beverages, which may not be sufficient for guests requiring more storage.Overall , the room was well-equipped and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shek Mun Station, with plenty of dining options in the vicinity. Shek Mun MTR also offers easy access to West Kowloon Station. It's a quiet retreat despite its bustling surroundings, and MTR access makes getting around a breeze. The front desk staff spoke excellent Mandarin and were very helpful. The price was affordable, and our two-night stay was very comfortable, offering great value for money. Highly satisfied and recommended! It had been a while since I last visited Hong Kong, and during this trip, after exploring for a few days, I found Mandarin widely spoken everywhere. Mobile payments for transport and shopping were also incredibly convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. CCarsonleThis is my go-to hotel every year I visit. The location is excellent, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness is generally good. It's very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Overall, I have a positive impression. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and transportation. The famous Chungking Mansions, known from many Hong Kong films, is right next door, and Canton Road is also just a short walk away. For a Tsim Sha Tsui hotel, it offers exceptional value for money considering its room types and pricing!

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. We took the hotel shuttle to the MTR station, followed by two MTR transfers to reach the park. Despite reading negative comments online and bracing myself for potential discrimination, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, patiently answering all our questions. Many even spoke Mandarin. The Regal Airport Hotel lobby has a nice open atmosphere. You can view the Om SPA on 3F from the front desk. I would recommend a stay at the spa for relief.
The staff can be a little arrogant. Some men were mistreating clients based off appearance. Others were more kind and happy to help serve me during my check out. The staff at the OM SPA and outdoor pool were kind. They spoke various languages which met my needs as an international traveler.
The room was exquisite. It had comfy furniture and a good view outdoors. I had the 8th floor which was quiet most of the night. In the morning I could watch the sun rise is the small common space beside the lift. Thanks !
I would stay again.

GGeltokThe service was very good, and check-in was fast. The location of the hotel is great—close to the bus and tram stations, and the subway is also nearby. There are six elevators, so even though our room was on a high floor, it was very quick and easy to get there. The staff were friendly and spoke English.
The pool is very nice; it’s big enough for swimming, and the view from the pool is also quite good.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel, however inside the room was a bit oldish furniture, not feeling very 100% clean to put my staff if it’s necessary on the floor.. nice view, with a pool.. you need to take a shuttle bus or bus to go to MRT to go to all other places, however it’s close to the airport. Staff are very respectful and friendly. Reasonable price, I will be back again however I will consider the distance from iconic spots as this was difficult when I wanted to return late as I had to take Uber which added to the price , the rest was easy and fun.
