"The room was very spacious. We had booked a triple room, but the hotel kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a quad room. For 837 RMB per night, this also included three buffet breakfasts. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options. There's a swimming pool located next to the restaurant, which makes for a pleasant setting. For a hotel in Hong Kong, it offers excellent value for money. Its proximity to Sha Tin MTR station makes getting around very convenient, and there's even a bus stop right downstairs."

"The hotel is a bit worn out, all equipments are out dated and full of dust (as shown in pictures below). The are no sound proof, noisy when other guests talking outside room 😔 No drinking water provided in room and no water dispenser machine provided. Have to spend extra money to buy water with quite high price. Not very good stay after 7years visit😔😔😔😔"

"The hotel is in a very central location with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Although somewhat old, the room I stayed in was clean and cleaned up everyday. Breakfast served also has lots of varieties. One thing to note is the hotel does not provide bottled water and toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. Photos shown are views from my room and also the waterfront which is within walking distance. All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant."

"The hotel is Very clean and close to the metro station. There’s also a direct bus from and to the airport (A22/A29). Buffet breakfast serves continental breakfast from 7:30-10. Nice view of the harbour is a huge plus!"

"I stay only 1 night, 20 mins from airport by Taxi (180 HKD for me) a bit difficult to travel by public transport from airport, but it is next to MTR station to go city. Room is big (i got upgraded to suit,) very big for HK size, over all is ok. No water in the room , need to buy. Good for family"

"Third time choosing this hotel. In general; If you are visiting Hong Kong for some shopping, foodie and no interest to travel to somewhere far away from HK island or theme park. A recommended place to stay with approximately 6min away from metro station and 3 mins if you take A11 from Airport. Hotel might be a bit age but sti clean enough. I get good and friend services ."

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff and the relaxing atmosphere of the ocean breeze. Every detail shows the hotel’s high standards — from the soft bedding and ocean-themed decor to the thoughtful little touches like fresh flowers and complimentary snacks. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony gave me a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee while watching the waves. The staff deserve special praise. They were kind, polite, and always smiling. They helped me with everything I needed, from arranging transportation to recommending local restaurants and activities. Their service felt genuine and personal, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant was another highlight. The food was fresh, especially the seafood, which was cooked to perfection. I loved having breakfast by the beach, enjoying the gentle breeze and the sound of seagulls. The facilities were also excellent — the pool was clean and had a great view of the sea, and the spa offered relaxing massages that made me feel completely renewed. "Overall not worth its 4-star rating as many things didn’t match the pictures or descriptions. The first room we got on the 7th floor was spacious but smelled of cigarettes. After asking to change the new room on the 8th floor was smaller even though it was the same room type and price. Some listed amenities like the hair dryer were missing, the bathroom had mold stains, and there was dust around the headboard. Housekeeping cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and polite, but the hotel itself feels old and doesn’t live up to its price or reputation."

"Deluxe twin room is big and clean. Hotel has free shuttle bus to Kwai Fong metro station which is very convenient for the travellers.Two big mall around the station and has lots of food to choose from which is great."

"The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all.
