What an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

The room design is simple and warm, the bedding is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the details are carefully considered. The most amazing thing is the private hot spring. Soaking in the natural spring water and watching the stars, fatigue instantly dissipates! The waiters are warm and simple. Not only do they prepare local breakfasts attentively, but there are also 3 KTV rooms, which are worry-free and fun. Whether you want to relax or explore the Yingxi Peaks, this is the perfect choice. Super cost-effective, I will definitely come for a slow vacation next time!

The room was very clean, tidy, well equipped and fully equipped. The balcony can see the lake view and the castle, and the environment is great. Butler service is thoughtful, answer all questions, very patient. In short, the stay is very comfortable, come back next time!
