However, if this affects customer needs or leaves customers with no choice, I believe the hotel isn't trying to sell bottled water, and customers aren't asking for more. What problem does this reflect in the hotel? I hope the management understands this. Also: please pay attention to the issue of smoking control in indoor public areas."
