"Hotel is at a very convenient location, with KSL mall and many F&B choices in the vicinity. However, felt the staff at front desk need more training. E.g. when i handed over my credit card for desposit and without trying she said they dont take debit card. When i told her that it is a credit card, she said she will try. The room was not bad but the water pressure was weak."

Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, from the bedding to the bathroom. You can tell the housekeeping team takes pride in keeping the place in excellent condition. **Location:** Very convenient! There’s a store nearby for daily needs, and in the evening, there’s a bazaar just at the back of the property – perfect for grabbing snacks or enjoying the local atmosphere. It’s also easy to get around from here, whether you’re heading into town or exploring nearby attractions. **Service:** The staff here truly made our stay more enjoyable. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Even the cleaners were approachable and easy to talk to, which gave the place a warm, welcoming vibe. **Amenities:** Trinidad Suites is well-equipped for both relaxation and longer stays. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the deck area, perfect for winding down after a day out. There’s also a gym for workouts and a kitchen area if you prefer preparing your own meals. Everything was functional and well-maintained. Overall, our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. The combination of clean, spacious rooms, a convenient location, friendly service, and excellent facilities made this an easy 5-star experience. "The room was pretty clean. No major issues. Was stated in this booking that it was a queen bed + bunk bed. But was surprised to be given a queen bed + king bed, which made the stay more comfortable. note: RM50 refundable deposit must be paid upon check in, and you must present the receipt upon check out to receive the refund. There is also a cafe (very friendly owners!) at the lobby that is open for breakfast or food and drinks throughout the day."

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly. "We stayed in a 3 bedroom and 2 bathe apartment with The Bess Homestay. Overall experience was 9/10. 2 rooms and balcony having SeaView which is very nice especially when u sit at the balcony. Living room is very nice, neat and homely. Only set back is the master bathroom drainage is a bit choked and the car park is confusing. However, will book this unit again."

"Had a mixed feeling about my stay here. The cleanliness was a question mark. Tables were sticky, toilet had poop line & smelled like pee, found mold in a bowl, mirror was horrible. Good point that the management responded asap & sent cleaner. But cleaner wasn't properly trained. I had to give instructions on how to clean & helped her clean 🤷🏻♀️ Location was great & pool is super clean, perfect for a dip after a long day."

"Good area, close to lots of malls. Room was neat and clean. But had trouble checking in at the guard gate as I didn’t know we need to call the landlord and then give my number to them. It would be better if they ask for the email address at the checkout. Then send us the confirmations and lodging rules."
