Excellent location for an overnight stay in Inverness. Unfortunate that the swimming pool was out of action due to refurbishment. Excellent breakfast options. A small issue with the TV was dealt with promptly.

Good location walkable from main city

Breakfast is great with lots many options of fruits. Nice fresh British breakfast, the space is large the enough for many guests. Their bar is beautiful but I didn't get any drink because I found their prices too high and they close the bar very early around 9pm. I enjoyed my comfortable bed and warm room. There are some poins which really needs attention: The room needs a proper deep cleaning including hoover under the bed, deep cleaning the walls in the bathroom, those taps are really old and really dirty if you see under that. The toilet is so dirty and needs beach. There is not hairdryer. They have got a new sauna which fits only 3 or 4 people inside, it is too small then if you wish to use in a busy time, prepare yourself to wanting and keep your eyes to the door when someone finishes their session. The steam room is broken (so disappointing). It says it's a 4 stairs hotel but this building is old then needs a gret maintenance. The staff are friendly.

Lots to love but room for a few improvements. The biggest is the doors on the rooms. They are heavy wooden doors and slam really loud. As you can imagine that’s quite annoying when people go in and out waking people up Bathroom door rotten at bottom from damp, needs replaced, looks awful. Cleaning under sinks and taps in bathrooms, the things you see when you sit in the bath!! Painting of the room could be a bit tidier, white paint all over grey radiator pipes. Cleaners could be a bit more gentler when hoovering, they batter the radiator pipes in the rooms and it vibrates to the room your in , next door! Out of stock of some flavours for cocktails, young staff seen with mobile phones very casually. Move out of sight, the customer / service are important Food is expensive for the quality you get too

Breakfast good selection nice staff gym and sauna nice pool was warm

Had a lovely last minute stay.  Room was perfect.  We used the pool this morning and the guy who was working was so friendly made out stay.

Everything was great except the internet was down

It was good experience. I came with my friend and we liked the hotel.

Terrible trip the 1st room the window would not shut so was too cold and noisy so we had to move to another room, the new room had a water leak from bathroom so we had a very wet floor and had to put towels down and the room smelt of dampness we were offered another room but declined as not moving to 3 rooms in a 24 hour period

Wasn’t the cleanest hotel room and the shower was awful!

Nice friendly staff. Very helpful. Nice gym sauna and jacuzzi to unwind. What else could you want?

Nice view from the room, and nice bed for a good night. The swimming pool is spacious, and the gym studio is well equipped. A few minutes driving to the town centre or the retail park is also convenient to do sight seeing or shopping.

The stay is pleasant , 30 mins walk from city centre and also 8 mins by bus and bus stop is near by to the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic with variety of options

I stay in this hotel once or twice a year. Its location is pretty good in relation to the centre of Inverness. Staff are always good and I look forward to the breakfast when I stay there. Use of the pool and spa area is a nice bonus when staying there.
