very bad room very small length 80cm,can not sleep and we go room only minutes smell very bad ,we did not sleep one minutes and this hotel did not return the money to us ,how this bad hotel come here ,this hotel will close soon .非常小的房间床只有80cm 房间味道也很大 我们没有入住一分钟 不给我们退钱 服务非常差

This trip took us to Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dubai. I spent the shortest time in Jeddah, but I still miss this hotel because the service and amenities were excellent. Overall, it felt better than their other properties. It's a half-star hotel, and I'm not sure why. There was a guy at the front desk named Mohannad who was very nice and willing to help with any questions.
