"During the meal, I told Youyou that I wanted to go to the west of Sichuan, and everyone immediately decided to go for a self-drive together this weekend, so happy. Because it was summer vacation, there were a lot of people traveling, and hotels and B&Bs were basically booked. Just when I was sad, I accidentally discovered this newly opened B&B, and the price was very cheap, so I made a decision. I didn't have high expectations because I didn't have a choice. It was already three o'clock in the morning when we arrived, and it was really cold there. Unexpectedly, the sister of the hotel was waiting to open the door for us! ! ! He was also very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage. The room was really clean and had a faint fragrance! During the day, you can also see the mountains in the distance from the window! ! ! "The room is very like the photo taken by the boss. You can walk anywhere, because there is no parking, and the county is not big.

"Loved the ******* aesthetic in this hostel. All wooden, felt like a rustic cabin. Staff were helpful, can help you with organising hikes etc. The common area is really cosy, bathrooms are clean and have hot water. Dorms are good enough, mattresses a little hard but that’s ok."

"The place is very close to the bus station so it is convenient. It is by the river that flows through the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and efficient. The owner couple are so friendly and always do their best for their clients. I went on a day tour with the owner and a couple other travelers. He gave us plenty of time to walk around, no time pressure. The views are magnificent on the tour. A very good place to stay."

"This was a great friendly hostel with a really helpful and warm owner. It’s right by the bus station down by the river and has an absolutely beautiful view in the valley right outside. The common area is cool (all glass so very bright) and really nicely furnished, and sometimes they will light a fire in the evening to make it cosy. The room was really comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping at all. The owner also helped me find interesting things to do in the area and even helped me find a solution when the bus I wanted to take was fully booked. I’d really recommend staying here. It’s also a fast walk to the centre of town and easy to get to the temples etc, I’d say it’s the best location because you can easily get to other places with the bus station so near by as well."

"The first stop of the Sichuan West Tour, I have been here for three days and it can be said that this is the most satisfying stay. The owner is friendly, the environment is clean, and the view outside the window is good. He patiently recommended us routes and nearby restaurants frequented by locals. We left in a hurry and didn't take pictures, but we looked at other guests' pictures before we checked in, and they were more or less the same, except that the windows and other things were more textured than those taken by other guests. The quilt was super clean, just like the softness of your own home after being baked by the sun, not like the heavy ones in chain hotels, I was satisfied. I will stay here again if I have the chance."

What a pleasant surprise, this private hot spring hotel! The overall design has a bit of a ******* style, and every area is spotless – it's like a five-star hotel among guesthouses. They even have a glamping area. You can really tell the owner put a lot of thought into decorating every corner. The private hot spring in the room is incredibly comfortable; the staff even come in to clean the tub and fill it with hot spring water for you. The ******* girl on duty yesterday was so enthusiastic and provided excellent service. It's such a shame there isn't a guesthouse with such great value for money near Xi'an, otherwise I'd definitely be a frequent visitor!

I highly recommend Baiwan. The location is so convenient, right off National Highway 248. The staff was incredibly attentive, checking in quickly and providing helpful tips for nearby attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, which gave me a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries and hand soap were all high-quality. There were also children's toothbrushes and bathrobes (at the front desk). The breakfast was delicious and perfectly suited my taste, especially the delicious xiaolongbao (steamed dumplings). From check-in to check-out, the entire process was smooth, with absolutely no complaints. This hotel will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Xinduqiao!

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay here. The host and staff are super kind and caring. My partner was suffering from the altitude when we arrived and they immediately set us up with an oxygen concentrator. He felt better almost immediately. We are thankful they had one! They kept checking in on our health throughout our entire stay.
We had a beautiful big room on the fourth floor with views of Mt. Yala and life around the river. Loved the in floor heating. Even if you don't get a room on the 4th floor, there is a sitting area up with the view. The hotel is close to the main street, 10 minute walk to Tagong Monastery, 20 minute walk to the study monastery and 5 minute walk to the trail which leads up over the grasslands to Ani Gompa and Muya Dasi.
We can't thank the host and staff enough - they made a delicious hotpot on our first night, looked after us everyday and found us a ride onto Danba. They and we managed the English translation apps enough that we could work through the language barrier.

All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Since I was traveling alone, the hotel thoughtfully adjusted the hotpot portion to suit one person — which I really appreciated — and it was absolutely delicious.

My favorite part, though, was the hotel’s common area, especially during sunset when the snow mountains turn red. The staff even invited me to step outside and take photos, which was so sweet of them.
The next morning, I had to leave early, but breakfast normally starts late. Still, the staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for me. Overall, the service mindset here is truly impressive, and the hotel’s common area is stunning — a paradise for photography lovers, with countless beautiful spots for pictures.

When Zandanlin Snow Mountain hit the eye, the clouds and mists were lingering, and a small Tibetan-style building stood quietly in the center of the grassland. Zandanlin Ranch Hotel was like a secret in a fairy tale, and like the final destination of the homeless.

The steamed sweet potatoes were exceptionally soft, tender, and sweet – so delicious I almost asked her where she bought them! Next time I'm in Kangding, I'll definitely stay here again!
