The hotel environment is fantastic, and its integration with Suma Marine World is very unique. There are two dolphins in the pool downstairs, and hotel guests can enjoy many exclusive services from the marine world. It's excellent!

This is a newly built hotel attached to a marine park on the Kobe coast. Staying at the hotel during the National Day holiday (October 1st) includes free admission to the marine park. The environment is great, and there's a dolphin training area right outside the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel requires check-out at 10 AM, which is a bit too early.

Excellent location: about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, facing the sea, next to Suma Marine World, with a dedicated hotel entrance so there's no need to queue.
The hotel buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including Kobe beef, which exceeded expectations. The staff are very friendly.
There's a laundry room on the first floor, and two dolphins in the garden.
