Hotel Osaka PIK 2 Reviews

Service was average. Cleanliness was also average. Very small room. No shampoo provided, only shower gel. But not too bad for the price point. Nice lobby but room is very simple. Only 2 towels given for 3 people.

Good hotel for family staycation during long holiday period. Breakfast area needs to be extended to expect high occupancy like this week. Overall good, surroundings are OK, mini market is downstairs, having good gym and pool

Very small bathroom, difficult to wash…I had to use the kitchen sink to shave my face…breakfast with poor food.

The only hotel (an apartment) near and easy to Spike Airdome PIK 2 for now. Clean and standard. Stayed in a unit with 2 bed rooms, very small in overall size, better to tear down the bedroom wall, make it studio with 2 beds.

Clean and staff very helpful. The room is very small, you could hardly take a shower without get your towel wet, only one set of toothbrush provided, no hairdryer and fridge in the room. Breakfast limited choice but taste not bad

Clean and comfortable hotel in Jakarta. Close to airport. Room is spacious. Japanese theme.

There is cockroach inside the room that I have to kill. It seems the room hasn't been occupied for a while. The creamer is also hard, but my husband still use it for coffee. And jackpot!! Got diarrhea for the night. Not mention a cramped room. And no phone and hairdryer You have to go back to the receptionist to borrow and only 3 hours use. Definitely not coming back!

The check in was smooth and fast. The add on for breakfast, is super worth every penny. Delicious and the selections is alot better than my expectations based on previous review. So i would recommend everyone to get the breakfast when u book the hotel. The area is still new, but very easy to get Grab. But the cleanliness could be better, not sure why there are ants around wall next to the door till the washroom, when i’m not eating in the room also. Overall i’m happy with the money paid and very satisfied with the hotel. And there breakfast!
