"This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!"

"The CP value is very high! The room is larger than expected, and the overall environment, cleanliness, and WiFi are all satisfactory! For self-driving tours, the hotel provides parking spaces (but parking spaces are limited) and it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the ski resort. If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a shuttle bus! There is a ski equipment rental service in the hotel (but not used) Niseko skiing and sightseeing by car! Can be given priority. If there is no car, consider the convenience of entry and exit."

"Very good hotel Whether it isservice, hardware, or accessories, they are all first-class The front desk will provide a WhatsApp phone number when you check in. Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc. We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos. The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel. The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware. The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance.  This is a hotel I will definitely stay at next time I come to Niseko. Thanks intuition team again🥰"

"The location is great. If the weather is nice, the view of Mt. Yotei is great, and the facilities are new and comfortable. It is recommended for summer as it is relatively cheap to stay."

"The hotel is right next to the Hirafu ski resort, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The bedroom is a bit small, but considering the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room can see the sheep's foot mountain and the scenery is very beautiful."

"Hinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient. While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay! Would definitely stay here again!"
