The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were well-equipped. We booked a suite for our two families.

This is a very authentic Japanese-style guesthouse. It's equipped with cooking facilities, and the bathroom features separate wet and dry areas. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it's wonderfully peaceful and also very photogenic.

A really lovely place to stay. It's clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Recommended.

The room was incredibly spacious, equipped with a kitchenette for light cooking, and featured two full bathrooms. The location was also excellent. We had a fantastic stay this time, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kyoto.

This place is just a converted old house. After three nights on a makeshift sofa bed, I ended up with a terribly sore back. It simply doesn't justify the hefty price tag of over 1500 RMB per night!

Sparkly clean, one of the most spacious and cosy hotel I've stayed in Japan. Very thoughtful design, free laundry is a win.

Overall the location is great and room is clean. It would be good if there is easier communication channel as both email and phone are not very responsive after 9pm. The staff was however very helpful to stay up as we arrived late at night due to train delay.
