"The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, inside a shopping complex, making it very easy to get around. There is also a designated Uber pick-up and drop-off point, which is very convenient. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. As a pleasant surprise, I met a Thai staff member working at the reception desk, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. One highlight was the bathroom amenities from Rituals, which were of excellent quality and added a luxurious touch to the stay. The breakfast, however, could be improved. The selection was somewhat limited, and the dining area felt a bit too small, especially during busy hours. "This Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights. We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof. From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see. Cons: 1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room. 2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes. 3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity."

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. After checking in and leaving my luggage in the room, I went out shopping. Two hours later, I got a message from my colleague, who had also booked a room here: the front desk had given her my room card and let her enter my room—we had clearly reserved two separate rooms. This incident made me seriously doubt the hotel’s ability to protect guests’ property safety. It turned out that the front desk had confused us because our names are similar. What’s worse, I didn’t receive any apology from the hotel. When I returned in the evening, the front desk staff was extremely arrogant, claiming it was a coworker’s mistake and had nothing to do with him, and even said the matter was already resolved and I shouldn’t make a fuss about it. In short, this is a hotel that offers no guarantee whatsoever for guests’ safety."

"The staff were very courteous, the room was bright and spacious, and the breakfast spread was superb with both sweet and savory options. The common areas were welcoming and well-maintained, and the location was excellent, close to several points of interest. All in all, excellent!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, with super convenient transportation. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and professional, and they helped me solve many travel-related issues. The room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"Large room with a queen-sized bed, which was bigger than what I was used to in other European hotels. It was clean and in an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. There was some outside noise at night due to the central location, but it wasn’t too bad and nothing some earplugs couldn’t easily fix. Overall, a comfortable stay with plenty of space."

"Im Hinterhof des Hotels war eine große Baustelle, die in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht stand. Leider war diese Baustelle zu hören. Die Zimmer waren auch etwas hellhörig. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war die Fliese in der Mitte gebrochen und kaputt, da war ein halbes Loch, Verletzungsgefahr. Ebenso konnte man die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, weil man die sonst nicht mehr auf bekommen hat. Der Wellnessbereich war schön aufgemacht, jedoch waren am ersten Abend ganz viele weiße Stücke (keine Ahnung was das war) im Becken auf dem Boden. Durch die Whirlpool Funktion wurde das ganze Wasser aufgewirbelt und irgendwann wurden sie raus gespült. Die Sauna wird wohl von vielen ohne Handtuch benutzt, weswegen das Holz schon ”schrumpeliger” ist. Aber schön gemacht. Beim Frühstück, wenn es sehr voll war, kommt der Mann oftmals mit dem Nachräumen der ganzen Sachen nicht hinterher. Dann muss man echt länger warten bis neue Säfte, Croissants, Toast, Früchte und Rührei da sind. Man konnte sich jedoch echte Belgische Waffeln selber machen. Der flüssige Teig steht neben dem Gerät und man konnte es einfach rein gießen und das Gerät schließen und umdrehen. Sonst ist das Personal echt nett und hilfsbereit und es ist sonst auch echt sauber."

"The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a convenient underground parking garage right next door. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a water dispenser in the hallway and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The room itself is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't quite up to par, as there were items left behind by the previous guest. The shower area in the bathroom becomes very slippery when wet, posing a fall risk, and the toilet door doesn't have a lock."

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. As for breakfast... it was very mediocre, and the breakfast staff seemed quite impatient."
