The soundproofing of the room is not very good, especially at night. You can hear people closing the door on the first floor. The air conditioning is very powerful. The environment is also good. Full marks for hygiene. It is still recommended. 666. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. The staff in the elevator are also very enthusiastic.

The first time I stayed at the all-season hotel, this time for a business trip and family trip, I booked the hotel's largest suite.
Let me talk about the conclusion first. The overall evaluation is satisfactory. Although there are not ideal places at check-in and during the stay, the front desk manager of the day shift is thoughtful and the final result is satisfactory.
The only thing that has never been improved in the mainland hotel is non-smoking. Although the hotel has announced a non-smoking, there are still many passengers smoking in the corridor. This happens frequently during business trips on the mainland. The most unacceptable thing is that during this stay, I actually saw that there was a hotel cleaner smoking in the room when cleaning the room. This is really unacceptable. I have to ask the hotel supervisor to strengthen the publicity! ! !

An excellent experience! Huge thanks to the front desk for upgrading our room to the 16th floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Min River, right there in front of us. The soundproofing was great too. The service was fantastic; they were so responsive to all our requests. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. The breakfast was also good, and they even brought us complimentary fruit when they saw we had a child with us – a lovely touch! 👍

Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with hot towels and a comforting cup of black tea. The room, equipped with a sofa bed, was comfortable enough for three people. The hotel's service was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive. There was a slight odor in the room, but opening the window quickly resolved it. Although the location isn't in the city center, it's conveniently located near a subway and bus hub, making transportation very easy. Plus, it's much quieter than the downtown area. The breakfast featured Fuzhou's local fish balls, which were large and delicious. If you're looking for a relaxing trip in a pleasant environment and aren't on a 'special forces' type of travel (meaning you're not trying to cram everything in), I think this hotel is a great fit. I'll definitely book Holiday Inn again next time I'm in Fuzhou.

Full marks, excellent review! The hardware is five-star, and so is the service. The breakfast was incredibly rich and featured local specialties. I especially loved the black and white liangfen (the latter had a osmanthus fragrance), fish dumplings, and Minnan five-spice rolls. The live cooking station offered a diverse selection of ingredients, also with local flavors, such as mackerel fish balls, beef small intestines, Luohan rou (braised pork), and oysters, among others. I've left many reviews on Ctrip, and this is the first time I've uploaded pictures – I was just so impressed with the hotel's breakfast.
I was delighted when staff member #21 upgraded me for free to a standard king room in Building A. My requests for mineral water were promptly fulfilled all three times. The surrounding area also offers convenient shopping and dining options. It's super close to Exit D of Panjun Metro Station, and about a 10-minute walk to the Strait International Convention and Exhibition Center.
There was one minor flaw, however. In my room, A525, the electric shaver socket panel was installed upside down, rendering it clearly unusable.

Environment: Better than expected, with a warm, Instagram-esque decor. The room has a rooftop terrace, which was very comfortable. It's only a 20-30 minute e-bike ride from the southern and northern tourist attractions.
Service: The owner was very attentive and personally picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel.
Amenities: Plenty of hot water, effective air conditioning, and the room comes with disposable bath towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and face towels.

KKafeihentianEvery staff member at the hotel was incredibly kind and patient. They'd escort you to your room, help with luggage, and all visible snacks and drinks were complimentary. It was very relaxing. Getting to Sanfang Qixiang was also super convenient. The room had tea and books, and these books introduced famous figures and literati who lived in Sanfang Qixiang.
Welcome fruits and a greeting gift were delivered directly to the room.
For the Chinese bead stringing cultural experience, my child still wears the beads they strung themselves.
Besides these, you could also make your own postcards and lacquer fans.
Finally, we even received a parting gift.
Fuzhou's winter really isn't cold at all; I even saw mosquitoes!

While not in the absolute center, the location is quieter within the park area and convenient for getting around, with plenty of food options nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for takeaways! The room is well-equipped with all the amenities you need. Definitely worth a stay.

The room was an Executive King, very spacious, and even included a hot tub with bath salts for a relaxing soak. The slippers were of good quality, not the usual disposable fabric type.
Breakfast selection was quite good for a four-star hotel, featuring hot dishes. You could even customize your own hot pot with options like beef eye, fish balls, and more. It really had a distinctive Fujian flavor.

Environment: The view was fantastic, overlooking the Min River. We got to watch the sunset, which was absolutely beautiful.
Facilities: The TV wasn't a smart TV, so we couldn't cast anything to it. Hopefully, they'll update that soon. I really liked the toiletries, though.
Breakfast: There was a good variety of options, but the taste was just average. It was extremely crowded, and there was a lot of waiting in line.

Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable.

It's also very close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. The hotel's cleanliness is good, and the rooms aren't small, with all the necessary amenities. I hope the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied, but it's not a big deal since Fuzhou has so many great local snacks. On the last day, they kindly extended my check-out time to 2:30 PM, which was very thoughtful and perfectly aligned with my train schedule. Excellent service!

GGuest UserBooked too late, so all the hotels in the city center couldn't accommodate my booking requirements. I had no choice but to opt for Shoukia Junlan Hotel. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but it's right by a subway station, which is convenient for those without a car. The subway goes directly to the Sanqixiang Scenic Area. Since I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, I had dinner directly at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel's Chinese food was quite good and the portions were generous. We ate until past 9 PM, and the staff were still very polite and didn't complain. Also, Auntie Zhu Yuanyuan, our room attendant on the tenth floor, was incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. She promptly arranged anything we requested. Highly recommend!

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.
