It is very convenient to go to William Heights or Green World, and there are trams and even some walking distances nearby. The room was very well maintained, the whole looked new and very clean. The bathroom has windows and the ventilation system is not bad. The bathroom is very fast. The restaurant downstairs is German and very delicate. Breakfast and dinner are very good, especially salad, fresh and delicious. The roast pork chops for dinner are generally mastered, and they are a little uncooked at the end. It is not recommended. I was disappointed to find out ipon checking in that the bar was not open during our visit and even more upset to discover no restaurant available. Considering these were the 2 top reasons for booking after a long drive I feel these things should not be advertised if they are not provided. I could of went elsewhere and probably cheaper had I known this sooner. The room was good and the breakfast was excellent.

The first room we were assigned wasn't ready (beds unmade, used towels, etc.). In the second room, a cleaning rag was left behind the curtain. Otherwise, it was OK.
