The hotel is close to the main train station of Kassel and William train station, close to the river, the appearance is simple, the interior is very design, very beautiful. The setting and layout of each room are slightly different. There is a market by the river next to the hotel, you can stroll around. It is very convenient to go to William Heights or Green World, and there are trams and even some walking distances nearby. The room was very well maintained, the whole looked new and very clean. The bathroom has windows and the ventilation system is not bad. The bathroom is very fast. The restaurant downstairs is German and very delicate. Breakfast and dinner are very good, especially salad, fresh and delicious. The roast pork chops for dinner are generally mastered, and they are a little uncooked at the end. It is not recommended. The fried pork chops are very good, crisp and delicious, not greasy at all. The waiter is very handsome and patient, and will pay attention to timely inquiries, which is great. I was disappointed to find out ipon checking in that the bar was not open during our visit and even more upset to discover no restaurant available. Considering these were the 2 top reasons for booking after a long drive I feel these things should not be advertised if they are not provided. I could of went elsewhere and probably cheaper had I known this sooner. The room was good and the breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately, it wasn't clear when booking that the accommodations weren't accessible for people with mobility issues. There was no elevator in the coach house, so we had to leave early. This hotel isn't suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. The dining room was also too small. The staff was very friendly. You said you'll specifically mention this on your hotel website. This is my first time staying at a self-service hotel. The experience was very good. The room was very clean, there was a kitchen, the tableware was complete and cleaned, and it was placed in the cabinet drawer under the stove. Oil and salt are available. The dishes are in the cabinet above, enough for three people. The sponge and detergent for washing dishes are on the edge of the pool. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. We bought vegetables, fruits and eggs and put them in the refrigerator. It was enough to eat for many days without purchasing them every day, and we saved money for eating out. The bathroom was bright and clean, Germany was dry, the towels in the bathroom were there, and they were dry at night. The hotel is located in the city center and the traffic at the door is very convenient. We took the bus to William Highland Park. Next to the hotel is the supermarket, it is very convenient to buy some daily necessities. This hotel is suitable for free travellers in Germany.

Eating very good. Rooms are warm - Airco would be welcome or a ventilator. Very friendly staff. Bike rental at the hotel would also be a nice option because this hotel is on a nice bike route.

房間很乾凈，地毯和床上用品都令人看得很舒服。雖然房間面積比較小，但是佈局比較合理，空間利用也科學，靠窗的兩側設定了牆龕，一個作工作台，一個作迷你水吧枱，夠用。出差嘛，不能像家裡一樣。早餐比較簡單，每天都是相同品種，且不多，填飽肚子應該沒問題。看那些德國人吃得津津有味，乾淨衞生是首要。 然後遇到一個問題，也莫名其妙地解決了：訂酒店時我們是定了含早餐的，入住時前台查了記錄説沒有早餐，跟攜程聯繫，攜程不錯，説你們先吃，後面如果酒店跟我們另外要早餐錢，攜程會為我們報銷。結果離店時酒店啥也沒説，直接交了房卡走人。不知是攜程溝通妥了還是酒店忘收了，總之我們沒再另外付早餐錢。本來嘛，就是含了早餐的。 總之，這家酒店感覺還不錯。

Apparently, rooms aren't cleaned on weekends (Friday to Saturday). You can opt out of housekeeping with a QR code, but I didn't do that. So, it seems it doesn't matter, as the room wasn't cleaned anyway. Also, at checkout, they tried to charge me for breakfast again, even though it was already included in my booking.
