"The facilities are perfect; the family room is very spacious and comfortable for families. It's clean and tidy. The hotel environment is beautiful. The front desk service is excellent, and check-in was quite fast. The hotel's surroundings are lovely, and it's not far from the attractions—the Metropol Parasol is just a 10-15 minute walk away. This is the most spacious, comfortable, and beautiful hotel we've stayed in during our trip. The slow pace of Seville can be leisurely enjoyed here for a few days; I absolutely love this 'Orange City'."

"The hotel is located in the Old Town, which was great for watching the Holy Week processions, but it could get a bit noisy, so closing the windows was a must. The front desk staff provided excellent and warm service, which was a big plus. It's a pretty economical and good value-for-money option. However, transportation can be a bit inconvenient, especially with large luggage, as the streets aren't very easy to navigate and public buses don't reach the area. During Holy Week, the roads were even closed, making it tricky to get back to the hotel at night. On the bright side, it's close to many restaurants and attractions. Getting to Plaza de España by car or on foot takes about 20-30 minutes."

"Great comfy rooms with large king bed. Plus one for amenities generally. Minus point for shower button which was broken and service staff which we found to be not too hospitable when we inquired about why the rooms were 19 degrees C and were freezing. Little far from centre but there’s a nearby bus stop for convenience."

"The location is great, right in the middle of the old town, making it super convenient for shopping. There's an ice cream shop and a small convenience store just a few steps downstairs, and the hotel even has its own coffee shop. I booked two different room types, and when I had to switch rooms, the front desk staff was very accommodating and upgraded my room for free. They were also very helpful and friendly when I checked out early for a morning flight. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Because of various reasons, the itinerary suddenly changed, other hotels are full, I can temporarily book this European Star, the hotel facilities are old, very crowded, the room is designed like a prison, many facilities such as sinks have different degrees of damage, it is difficult to say, The only advantage is that it is close to a convenience store and convenient for shopping."

"The room was great. I booked a hotel near Real Betis Stadium, and the room was very clean and tidy. It's right next to the stadium, and only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke fluent English. I would definitely book here again next time."

"This is a stylish hostel with a very new feel to it 🤍. It's clean and you can tell they've put thought into various details. Pros: Clean, curtains on beds, ample luggage storage, rooftop, tap water/sparkling water machine. Cons: There were no female-only rooms available so I stayed in a mixed dorm, but the shower stalls were too small and my clothes got completely wet 😭. There wasn't really anywhere convenient to change. The facilities stayed consistently clean because the cleaning staff were always tidying up – early mornings, after check-out, and regularly throughout the day! It's great that there are containers and drawers to store your own food and condiments. My coke did get stolen though... 😂 But it was nice to have apples available at the front desk every morning!"

"Located north of the historic district, the location was ideal for exploring the city. Away from the noise of Seville's city center, we were still able to get around on foot. The decor was beautiful and tastefully done in an Andalusian style, and the complimentary cold drinks (lemonade and grapefruit juice) available in the lobby upon guests' return were a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and air-conditioned, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We didn't make much use of the pool (a bit small for my taste, but being on a rooftop is still great!) with its various sunbathing areas. A very pleasant stay overall; I highly recommend it."

"The location is convenient, 15mins walk from the train station and main shopping district. The staffs are friendly, Miki (may not be correctly spelled) even give advise where to catch the bus to the long-distance bus station. Free coffee & drinks at the common area downstairs. Overall, an enjoyable stay!"
