"I booked this hotel a month in advance and completely overlooked the importance of air conditioning. The hotel has large windows, which do offer some ventilation when open, but the restaurants downstairs create a lot of noise. Plus, I was on the third floor, so I really didn't dare sleep with the windows open. As a result, the room felt like a giant oven. I kept waking up sticky and hot, drifting in and out of sleep amidst the fan's hum. I'd definitely avoid this hotel in the summer."

"I stayed on the 6th floor. There was only one room available, and the floor was a bit low. It was a separate wet and dry room with a door to the bathroom. The bathroom had an open-plan sink and the bed was also open-plan, facing the sink. There was a bag of pink almond candies as a small gift. The staff were very friendly. There was water available and some snacks in the lobby. It was a very cute hotel. The elevator was dark and small, and could only carry two people at most. Moreover, the elevator only went up to the 4th floor. You had to climb the stairs to the 5th and 6th floors. There was a supermarket nearby, and it was very close to the subway station. The air conditioning was very good, and it was very convenient to get to the train station. The room was very clean, and I was very satisfied!"

"It’s about a 5-minute walk from Lyon Train Station, and you can take a bus directly into Lyon city to explore. We arrived at the hotel early and were able to leave our luggage there before check-in, which was very convenient. Water was not provided, but there’s a kitchen with appliances available if you’d like to cook, and there’s also a supermarket nearby. The amenities felt a little old, and the room was slightly stuffy despite having air conditioning. The hallway is scary without lights 😦"

"It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. The price is not cheap. It's a bit like a motel. It's just a place to stay. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary."

"I spent 2 nights and it went well despite the receptionist. For a 4-star hotel in the city of Lyon, the reception should be impeccable. When I arrived there was no one at the reception (a little before 3 p.m.), I waited 5 minutes for her to arrive. She arrived eating her cake and she barely said hello to me with her cake in her mouth. She did my check-in with her cake still on and she explained nothing to me about the room, the hotel, she asked me to pay the 5€ tax and she was not at all kind or friendly. She finished my check-in and I asked her about the wifi, if I could come back in the evening, etc. It was especially because she did not even have the predisposition to be nice. The next morning I went out and I ran into her and she did not even say hello. The last day, before leaving, I gave the card and there was a woman with her (the boss or manager) and suddenly she became nice, friendly and she even thanked me and wished me a good day!! All because her boss was there. On the other hand, her evening colleague was very nice. For a 4* hotel, politeness should be important. Otherwise, the rest was good, I would have given it a higher rating but the receptionist was horrible."

"The hotel is located in the center, the environment is beautiful and quiet, we feel comfortable in both rooms, and we have all the facilities we need. This hotel is worth recommending. There is a young lady at the front desk who needs to bring a smile, or understand how many guests need, one question and one answer, AI, but encounter another man on duty, quite polite."

"There is still some distance from the train station. It’s a little tired to drag the suitcase. The food market is very close. Lafayette is only 5 minutes away. It’s a little far from the old town."

"The hotel is very clean. The room for three was very convenient for us as it saved us from having to pay for an extra room. Breakfast was not included in our stay. I recommend it!"
