stayed at Discovery SCBD Jakarta for 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. Situated directly opposite Pacific Place Mall in the heart of the SCBD area, it offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping and office buildings, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. My favourite feature was definitely the in-room coffee machine. As someone who starts the day with coffee and often works late during business trips, being able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup in the comfort of my room was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The large work desk by the window was also perfect for catching up on work after office hours, while the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the breakfast concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, guests order their preferred dishes from a menu. I appreciated this approach as it helps reduce unnecessary food waste while ensuring that the meals are freshly prepared. What impressed me most was the speed of service — despite being individually prepared, the food was served promptly without a long wait, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable before heading out for the day. The lobby and common areas are stylish, modern and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Discovery SCBD Jakarta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the SCBD area.

Checking in was decent, we had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be ready and to be fair it was new year's eve on Dec 31st so can't complain. The room is modern and upscale with a touch of traditional Indonesian heritage design. What I love most is the bed and bathroom..especially the rain shower plus the water pressure is perfect. We also received complementary cocholate as well to celebrate new year. Lastly breakfast menu was good, they served western and Indo menus, pastries and desserts. Overall was excellent.

The restaurant staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring that guests had everything they needed. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. Whenever I requested assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Although no hotel is absolutely perfect, I found very few things to complain about. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be that the walls were slightly thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. Whether you are travelling for business, a family holiday, or a romantic getaway, this hotel offers excellent value for money and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Good hotel for a business stay, but not quite 5-star level Overall, I had a good stay at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. The location is very convenient, especially for business meetings near Kota Kasablanka / Casablanca offices. The hotel has a solid, classic atmosphere, but it also feels a bit outdated and could benefit from renovation. The main weakness is attention to detail. There was no hairdryer or bathrobes in the room, and only one pair of slippers for two guests. After requesting a hairdryer, it took about an hour to arrive. The tea/coffee setup in the room was also not very convenient, with no proper cups for hot drinks. Breakfast was acceptable, but mostly focused on local and Asian guests. For European guests, the choice felt quite limited, although the coffee service was good. In general, this is a good hotel with a convenient location, but in terms of service and details it feels more like a strong 4-star hotel rather than a true 5-star experience.

This was our first hotel in Jakarta with the kids, and overall, it was pretty good. While it might not quite measure up to the Shangri-La, for the price, I think it offers incredible value for money. The kids' play area was decent too. I even saw a staff member meticulously folding towels, which showed a good attention to detail. The only thing I didn't quite understand was why kids weren't allowed in the executive lounge, but thankfully, they opened up a meeting room for us to dine in instead.

Our staycation during the school holidays was absolutely delightful! All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, the room was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The restaurant on the 36th floor was beautiful at night. Plus, I even got a slice of cake for my birthday... Thank you! 🥰

I had a great overall experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I entered, the lobby smelled really nice and created a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location was very convenient as well. Excellent location. Beautiful and clean neighborhood. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. There was one very serious issue though: cockroaches! I saw about 5 of them. It's extremely unpleasant when cockroaches are scurrying around your room.

I've stayed here twice now, and overall it's good, but this time the room was smaller even though it was the same deluxe type. Also, the shower room door was a bit stiff, causing a noisy sound when opening and closing it.
