Actually, this hotel has potential, but they don’t seem to put much effort into improving the room’s appearance, and the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable.
The rooms facing the street were very noisy—you could hear traffic all night long. You’d better bring good earplugs.
On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. I’m really grateful for their service.

Artotel is a brilliant mid level brand, where the service and design often make it much better than hotel chains with more stars. Casa Kuningan have wonderful helpful staff, modern clean, comfortable rooms and a good, fresh breakfast and usually spa service to the room. Would highly recommend for solo and business travellers staying in Jakarta.

A fairly standard Accor hotel in Southeast Asia; it has all the basics, but that's about it.
1. **Location**: It's in South Jakarta. Unless you have business there, there's absolutely no reason to stay here. For a similar price (around 1000), you could opt for the Four Seasons or Ritz.
2. **Halal Hotel**: Breakfast is chaotic, with a massive crowd and tons of food, none of which is really edible. And, of course, no bacon.
3. **Infinity Pool**: The water isn't clean, and it's swarming with kids.
Oh, and they do have a Grab locker for food deliveries.
In summary, there's absolutely no reason to recommend this place.

Probably my most favorite hotel in Jakarta. Why? Pretty central, cozy cafe AC working area with button order for food/drinks from their adjacent restaurant, large enough rooms and such friendly service! Good food value and room prices too. Solid place to stay, especially for conferences in the area, especially being able to work at the tables in the lobby or cafe with colleagues.

Things I've noticed :
＞ It is located in Center of the SCBD area And I went to Artha Graha Building and it only took me 10 minutes to get there by Gojek.
＞ When checked in, we're told to check in online; during check out, there was no one in the lobby.
＞ There's no restroom for customers in the lobby area. They only have employee restroom which you can use if you ask. The Employee restroom was not a clean
one.
＞ You need to go through basement When you arrive to the hotel and want to Want to check in the lobby.
＞ If you go out from the lobby area.
＞ There is a nonfunctional coffee shop, or at least it doesn't seem to be open When I was therew
＞ To my surprise there is a working water dispenser for the public

Clean, service is good. Breakfast variety is limited but acceptable given the hotel star rating. The sound insulation in the rooms is very poor. For me, this is its main drawback.
Some of the rooms are new/renewed while others are a bit worn down.

The location is strategic, although it’s not on a main road, and it’s very close to Lotte Mall. In terms of cleanliness, everything was very clean. I didn’t try the food because I didn’t include the breakfast package. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoThe hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes.
Cleanliness is fairly acceptable.
However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient.
The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression.
I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings.
The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in.
There were also some minor disappointments:
No tissue was provided in the room.
My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties.
Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated.
Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

Upon arrival the initial room assigned was a major letdown, which immediately affected our comfort level. More concerning were the cleanliness issues: we found a stain on the bed linens pillow blanket and the sofa.
On the positive side, the room was very large and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.
Fortunately, the front desk staff were understanding and professional when we raised these concerns. Manager Arry promptly arranged for us to move to a different room. The second room was much cleaner and significantly improved our stay (I forget to take picture of the second room).
While our initial experience was poor due to the condition of the first room, we appreciate the hotel's quick and effective resolution of the issue.
Breakfast not bad, morethan enough to fill our stomach. For the price we've paid I think worth it, hotel also have afternoon tea on lobby for hotel guests every 5-7pm if I am correct. And hotel also connect to Epiwalk mall, a small mall but there is a supermarket on B1 and plenty restaurant.
Overall The Grove Suite by Grand Aston is recommended especially for family or business.

But amenities were for a single person.
Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. .
You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
