"Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future."

"It is a very convenient furnace couch, a 1-minute walk from the metro station. The main street running under the metro is quite congested in the evening. Tuk-tuk is found soon. Clean room, shower temperature and water volume are sufficient. The restaurant is open at 19:30, but you can enjoy the local food of Hyderabad. Alcohol lunch is available at the bar that opens from 11 am. I was able to spend very comfortable."

"Nice stay with courtesy extended by staff of the address inn and property is situated at prime location to reach any where in the city , they maintain the property very well and locality is also decent to invite friends to have chat with amicable manner "

"The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all. The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day. The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though. The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning. I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression. Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff. Would recommend for short stay."

"Room was ok..T v was working.. Ac was working.. But bathroom was not good.. Not clean..didn't supplied soap.. Bathroom wash basin pipe was leaking, no cupboard was there to store our items....we have taken breakfast+stay but not able to acess the restaurant, they provided the breakfast to room but there was no space for dining.. We have eat in bed.. There was study table but that was bot enough for two of us.. We are supplied with one mineral bottle of water on 1st day.. On 3 rd day night i requested for a bottle of cold water.. They haven't supplied upto 30 minutes so i have to call again.. And then one boy gave me a bottle of water and it was not cold so i asked him, he told me rudely that in this time there is no water bottle is available so they filled water from purifier in an empty bottle and gave us that.. Receptionist's behaviour was good.. I requested for ironing on saturday they couldn't provide me that facility so i asked again on next day.. They replied me that sunday no one will be available.. So the stay at fab hotel was not great.. One thing i knew that using make my trip and pay money early was not at all good idea.."

Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays."
