Hotels near Baengnyulsa Temple, Gyeongju

The TV is large, making it convenient to watch dramas. The breakfast is also plentiful, and you can even cook instant noodles for breakfast. The coffee latte is also quite good. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that there are too few power outlets. There is only one by the bed and one by the sink. If you need to charge your devices, you will need to bring a power strip.

I was looking for a place to stay on a whim, but I needed to be close to the city center, do some sightseeing, and avoid waiting for parking. I also wanted somewhere with easy access to public transportation. That's why I booked this place. The price was reasonable, so I stayed for two nights. There was no cigarette smoke, it was clean, and the weather was great during my trip, so I didn't feel too cold. The only thing I wish was the soundproofing. However, since I was just going to leave in the morning, finish my day, and come back in the evening to sleep, it didn't bother me too much.

We traveled with our three children. The facilities were clean and great, the beds were comfortable, and the marble ondol (heated) floors were wonderfully warm. It was also convenient to do some quick grocery shopping at the Hanaro Mart next door, which had Gyeongju local produce. We briefly used the indoor pool, but it seemed a bit unkempt, probably because it was winter, which was a bit disappointing.

I had stay at the king rooms, The bed was big and comfortable, big room with plenty rom to store bags. The bathroom was clean with big shower. The host was very friendly , i was able to leave my bags before check in and check late. Location is amazing jut few minutes walk from the park with the graves of the kings. quick walk from bus top to train station, the bus takes about 40 minuets to station.

Stayed with friends on a 3D2N trip. Location was generally good, close by to main shopping area, easy to get on buses and/or to call for uber. We really loved the breakfast that was included as well as free noodles being provided (cooked in a bowl). Water, coffee and teas was provided throughout the day (pantry and a separate cafe that was right beside the main entrance). There was even washer/dryer, laundry pods to purchase from them also available however we can’t comment much because we didn’t use them. Service was a hit/miss. Was greeted enthusiastically by an older gentleman, explained everything well and was very willing to share nearby eats and things to do. However, while I tried to use delivery app (that they advertised in the room, even for international travellers), the young man was not very proactive to solve our problem (unable to input Singapore number). However overall their service I will say is still very polite. Room is generally clean. However as my legs are more sensitive to bedding’s fabrics, I could feel “things” on my legs that was in contact with the beddings. That being said, we didn’t experience any skin reaction or bites. To add on, they had self service luggage locker outside of their entrance where we stored our luggage after checking out. However, to note that there is limited number of locker so would advise to store earlier in case it’s fully used. Would definitely come back here next time!

Navigating with google map will get lost, and Naver should be able to. It is the female shopkeeper, and it should be the daughter the next day. There is no hot water bottle, you have to register at the entrance to get water opposite the accommodation, there is a coffee bag to take, but the bathtub is gone

This was my first visit to Gyeongju after a middle school field trip. Although I had only found information online, this place, my first lodging, was incredibly clean and tidy. It was impeccable, the front desk staff were friendly, and the restaurant food was excellent.

The accommodation was incredibly clean, which made my whole trip so much more enjoyable! My parents were so impressed the moment they walked in, saying it was the cleanest place they'd ever stayed. ☺️👍🏻 The hot water worked perfectly, and the heated floors were a huge plus for me, as I really value a good stay. I think this will be my go-to place every time I visit Gyeongju! The staff were also incredibly friendly, and honestly, there wasn't a single thing I disliked about this hotel, haha. Huge thanks for such a wonderful stay!

The hotel is located in Gyeongju's historic city center. Its location makes transportation incredibly convenient, as it's just a short walk to two main roads, with easy access to taxis and buses. It's also very close to a large local market, making dining and shopping very convenient. The owner is very friendly, though they only speak Korean. There's a lack of signage or information in English or Chinese within the hotel. As someone who frequently stays in hotels, I could manage based on experience, but it would be much more convenient if some guidance were provided.
