GGuest UserThe hotel was clean, nice, and cozy. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a proper wardrobe in the room (just a hanger with hooks). For some unknown reason, they only left one shower towel each time they cleaned, but that wasn't a big deal either. The hotel is quite far from the city center, and the metro line gets crowded in the evenings, so it takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the center by subway. There's a large shopping mall nearby with various brands and food courts. We didn't have any issues with dining; there are cafes and restaurants in the area. If you take the metro in the opposite direction from the center, you'll find yourself in a pretty lively neighborhood. The mountain view wasn't quite as advertised; it was more of a road view.

MMustaqWWe chose this hotel for a quiet, relaxing stay and were impressed by its location in an upscale neighbourhood surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. Transport was easy—with the GTX-A line nearby, you’re in Seoul before you know it. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, with several great dining options on-site.
Unfortunately, the experience was affected by a significant issue. The air-conditioning didn’t work throughout our stay, and despite informing the front desk, we were advised to open the windows instead. With the low air quality, this quickly led to sinus congestion and hay fever for our family—definitely not ideal before a flight. On top of that, nearby construction made it hard to rest with the windows open, and our request for a room change was declined.
Had this issue been handled better, it would have been a perfect stay. The location and amenities are excellent, but customer service and maintenance need improvement.

제제이드87I think the location was the biggest draw. It was conveniently located near the subway station, so there were a variety of shops, and the rooms on the higher floors had unobstructed views, so it wasn't stuffy. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. However, the TV remote had the batteries plugged in together, which at first I thought was broken. I'm not sure if it was to save batteries, but it was quite a surprise. ^^;; So I had no choice but to open the cable set-top box, and when I did, there was a snowy field of dust. It seemed they only cleaned the visible areas. The bathroom and toilet were impeccably cleaned. Considering it was a holiday, there wasn't much noise, with the exception of a crying baby. Hahaha.
The shower water pressure is a matter of personal preference. Perhaps because it's on the 18th floor, the water flow wasn't very powerful. On the other hand, the sink and toilet water pressure were good. Overall, it wasn't bad, so I would definitely visit again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. It's about 100 meters from Exit 5 of Dahua Station. It's less than 10 minutes' walk from Gaoyang Gymnasium. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around. The hotel is clean and tidy, which is better than expected. It's a good choice for watching concerts.

I don't know if there is a problem with Ctrip's address positioning or the domestic navigation app. Anyway, the navigation was wrong at the beginning. If anyone encounters the same problem, please remember that the hotel is very close to the subway station.
In addition, Gaoyang is very beautiful in this season and suitable for casual strolling

GGuest UserStayed in this hotel for the Coldplay concert over at Goyang Stadium, which is literally 10mins walk away. I got the large/small twin bed. Mattress was super comfy. Room was good size with a lounge seat area. I even got a computer in the room that you can use. Was a Bath/walk in shower, however this bath is the like the size of the jacuzzi square shaped ones. My only fault here would be the towels they had. I had to go out and get my own - for the ladies, you may understand. Otherwise, lots of food spots, 2 minutes from train station, really cant go wrong.

DDabingdabingdabingI booked a hotel along Line 3 because I was attending a concert at the Goyang Sports Complex. The location is excellent, near Hwajeong Station, six subway stops from the Goyang Sports Complex (Dahua Station). It's a seven or eight minute walk from Exits 3 or 4. There are plenty of restaurants along the way, and you'll pass the Deyang District Government, where there's a small park. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the venue. The room was decent, with a more traditional hotel feel. The receptionist was occasionally away, and I couldn't call the number provided by the front desk even with my data SIM card, so I had to wait, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything else was good.

SsushimohanWhilst the cleanliness of the room and especially the toilet was good considering the type of hotel it is, my biggest issue was the sockets.
I understand that Korea uses a different type of socket. I had my travel adapters handy. But the sockets were so old that
1) my adapter couldn't be plugged in tightly. So it was always loose and sometimes would even fall off.
2) it was super slow charging!
They had provided a cable with multiple chargers that was attached to an electrical supply. But the typeC wouldn't work. That cable was useless.
With the one socket that would actually charge at a decent pace, I had to interchange over the night amongst my 2 handphones, power bank and WiFi router.

SsarkarThe hotel is about 500 meters from the KINTEX Pavilion and walks for up to 10 minutes.
The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops
