"The hotel in general is pretty good, very clean and tidy, with Mexican theme. The location is right in front of metrobus stop and near to Mexico city downtown, although the surrounding zone is not tourist, next to Tepito. The restaurant was big but for my one night stay it didn't have many available options for dinner, only two dishes. If you need something near to central bus station TAPO or airport for a short period I will recommend it."

"The room was clean and the location was excellent, right in the city center. Syntagma Square is just a 5-minute walk away, and the hotel is right next to a metro interchange for lines 1 and 2, making getting around very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are a bit basic; there's nothing extra. The lobby has a few tables where you can eat food you've bought before heading upstairs. I was initially worried about the lack of air conditioning, but the weather here is quite cool, so it wasn't a big issue."

"Service was fantastic and staff were so friendly! The room was good too. Comfortable bed, good shower, clean room. It would be good to have a fan in the bathroom (especially the toilet) and the light in the shower is very bright."

"New room, clean and tidy! The bathroom was clean too. Service was just okay. Checked in late at night, and the staff seemed really tired. The area around the hotel is nothing special. The hotel itself is quite new."

"They initially gave us a windowless room on the first floor, but after requesting a change to one with a window, the environment was okay. Don't even think about getting a kettle, teacups, or toothbrush cups. Kids often kick a ball against the hotel wall outside, making it especially noisy in the afternoons. The market outside the window is also very noisy. Overall, it's average. The subway line is 100 meters away from the hotel, but it's always packed; at 160 pounds, I was often squeezed so tightly my feet barely touched the ground…"

"The service was excellent, I arrived at 5am in the morning from Singapore, and although there wasn't any room available for early check-in, the staff was kind and nice to offer me free breakfast. And knowing I am tired from the travelling, they gave me the room at the earliest. The room is great, the breakfast is fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone coming to Mexico City."

"這個膠囊酒店比我預想的要好，膠囊也沒有特別小裏面五臟俱全啥都有（充電電源，保險箱，電視，小桌板），廁所和公共區域的衞生也很棒！ 缺點有兩個：一是膠囊裏面太熱了，感覺空氣也不是很流通，膠囊裏的空調也衹有風沒辦法制冷。加上我落地第一天的時差，熱得我一分鐘都沒睡着。如果睡眠功能比較強大，那我理解這點沒那麼重要。 第二是它確實比較難找，在到大廳一出來往右走走到頭進去巴士站裏面，不要跟着機場裏H的標誌走，那是另一個酒店。"
