The newly opened hotel had clean rooms and comfortable bedding! Since we arrived early, the restaurant prepared breakfast in advance, which was very kind of us! The driver who took us to the airport was very patient! Overall, a very pleasant night!

The Movenpick Hotel Centaurus in Islamabad is fantastic! The location is superb, right next to Centaurus Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Opened in 2025, the facilities are brand new and very clean. The service is excellent, security is top-notch, and the front desk staff are professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. They offer complimentary airport transfers, which is very convenient for both the airport and the CBD. The only downside is the Wi-Fi signal isn't great. Overall, it's a first-class experience, highly recommended for both business trips and leisure travel! The pool and gym facilities are comprehensive. The service is truly excellent, especially the complimentary and very secure airport transfers. The front desk staff are very friendly. They even offer free Swiss chocolates daily. And the warm gesture of delivering cookies to the room was a nice touch. Special thanks to room service for their fantastic care over these 7 days; they were very responsive whenever I needed ice or anything else.

Overpriced and overrated. No proper parking available, imagine leaving your car outdoors in extreme weather, or walk at least 200m to your car on extreme days. The first impression of the room was not good. Bedsheets, not proper white but giving and oldish look. Hotel was built some 25 years ago and bathroom has not been upgraded accordingly. Old style and only one fixed shower head in bath area. Two wall mounted paintings hanging in the room were a bit tilted, carpet on the floor also giving an old look. I arrived around 4:00pm and was late for lunch, expected that fruit basket will be available in room upon arrival but nothing was there and i had to call at least three times, had to walk down to the reception as well to receive one. Ordered food online and hotel entrance staff told me that outside food was not allowed, neither i was allowed to sit in open area and eat that food. Eventually, i had to fill a consent form and only then i was allowed to take food to my room. On my day 2, i had a call multiple times to get tea/coffee items in my room. Took at least half an hour to get this mission accomplished. Overall, hotel is not bad but these little details need attention to maintain a good standard.

Great Stay at Oriental Hotel, Islamabad I recently stayed at the Oriental Hotel in Islamabad and had a comfortable experience. The room was spacious and clean, featuring modern wood-plank flooring, comfortable bedding, and warm ambient lighting. The amenities provided, including a desk setup, TV, mini-fridge, and complimentary bottled water with a refreshing welcome drink, were highly appreciated. The attached bathroom was tidy and well-maintained. While the green curtains give the room a unique look, the overall atmosphere is cozy and functional. It is a solid, reliable choice for travelers looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Islamabad.

✨ The appearance of this hotel is really stylish, and the night view lighting is awesome! 🌟 As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the warm service atmosphere. The front desk attitude was super good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was particularly fragrant.💤 The air conditioning and hot water supply were very stable. The details were handled in place.👍 The overall experience exceeded expectations. I will choose here next time.🏡🏡

The room size is undeniably great, but the interior facilities feel a bit shoddily put together. The master bedroom was fine, but the second bedroom was right next to the central air conditioning unit, making it very noisy (thankfully, I was traveling alone). The elevators were the biggest issue – they took forever to arrive and sometimes malfunctioned, failing to stop even when called. During my 4-day stay, twice I had to take the stairs down because the elevator wasn't working, which was fine since I was only on the 7th floor, but if I had been higher up, I would have been exhausted!

I booked this accommodation many months in advance for my trip. Sunny (the hotel owner) is friendly and responsive. He offered to arrange the travel paperwork, airport transfer, and provided general advice relating to Pakistan and Islamabad. I asked him about postage stamps and postcards, and surprisingly, he was so kind to walk to the shop to take photos for some postcard booklet and arrange it for me as a welcome gift. I highly appreciated his warm hospitality very much. The breakfast at the hotel is also delicious. We had further conversation, then a catch-up dinner after my trip outside Islamabad. He is a young and ambitious guy with a bright future with a big dream to run and grow in the hospitality industry. I wish to revisit his hotel and meet him next time. Thanks very much for a good impression of Pakistan :)
