"I stayed in September last year and was very satisfied, so I booked a room in May this year as well. This time, I was guided to a room on the third floor, and I was more satisfied because the water pressure was strong (last time, it was actually uncomfortable for a woman with long hair because the water pressure was weak.) Still, the staffd were friendly and the location was excellent."

"Stayed here for three consecutive days and found the location incredibly convenient every single day. There's a train station, bus stop, and a mall right downstairs. This morning, my train was cancelled, so I took an Uber to the airport, and it only cost me 22 Polish złoty, which is an amazing price in Europe."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to Warsaw Central Station, which offers direct train connections throughout Poland and Europe, as well as direct trains to Warsaw Chopin Airport. Right across from the hotel is a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping super easy. Plus, the Palace of Culture and Science is just a block away. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, a great experience."

"Beautiful environment, great location with convenient transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even welcomed us with smiles when we checked in in the middle of the night. It's also excellent value for money, at around 200 per person per night. Highly recommend!"

"Our booking was for 4 adults with 2 rooms but whilst trying to check in on arrival we were told by the young lady with dark hair and glasses that our booking was for 1 room only. After showing her the email confirmation several times she was adamant that not 1 room was booked and was not having any of it. She finally went over to another colleague at reception who came over and checked his computer to confirm the booking was actually for 2 rooms like I had said. She found it smusing and didn’t even apologise for her mistake. The rooms were also not on the same floor and I was told it was not possible due to the time of our arrival which I found bizarre as the booking was made in advance and not on the spot. She also explained we had to use different lifts due yo location of our rooms but we later found out this was not the case. She clearly did not know what she was doing. The cleaning staff were very friendly and rooms were clean but both rooms were not the same and 1 was larger than the other even though price was the same so again not happy about that. Location of hotel was ideal and very close to the centre. After the bad experience we had on arrival will not be staying there again and will not be recommending it to anyone"

"The hotel is simply excellent, I will definitely go back there, the only thing we didn't like was the man at the reception, we were in this hotel in November for 4 days, but we decided to stay two days more, we decided to ask the price for 2 days, the man said $370, and we had to rent a room in another hotel and leave, but when we looked online the price for the hotel was much lower than he said, we bought another day at this hotel for $116, it was unpleasant to go back and forth from different hotels, and it seemed to me that the man at the reception was arrogant, that it was awkward to say we won’t pay $370 for two nights, we felt uncomfortable… Overall the hotel is super"

"This hotel is conveniently located near the center of Warsaw and close to the main train station, about a 900-meter walk upon arrival. It's situated right at a crossroads, and directly opposite is the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, a landmark from the Soviet era. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and another downstairs; the ground floor dining area offers a better ambiance. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive. The rooms are of standard size."

"1. Check-in The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They didn't check my passport when I left my luggage, which made me wonder if they'd hold bags even for non-guests. (Just kidding, maybe!) 2. Location Getting here by train is a bit inconvenient. There are only about two trains per hour to and from the airport, and it's a 12-13 minute walk from the nearest station to the hotel. The city center is also about a 10-minute walk away. I didn't use it, but there was a bus stop nearby, so bus travel might be more convenient. 3. Room The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Soundproofing wasn't an issue. The Wi-Fi might be a bit weak, though. 4. Bathroom Both cleanliness and water pressure were excellent. There's a bathtub, so you can draw a bath and relax. Amenities included shampoo, body gel, and cream. I couldn't find a toothbrush, razor, or hairdryer in the room. (They might be available if you ask?) 5. Facilities & Services The gym was amazing! They had dumbbells up to 26kg, and plates including four 20kg plates and two 10kg plates. There were also machines for legs, chest, and back. It's quite rare to find a hotel gym with such a good selection of heavy weights. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with an egg station and salmon, so it was easy to get enough protein. There was also a wide variety of fruits and desserts. 6. Staff The staff were consistently kind and smiled throughout my stay. The service at the breakfast venue was also very attentive. 7. Value for Money The location, which essentially requires using Uber or walking, is a slight downside. However, even taking that into account, the breakfast, gym, and room satisfaction were so high that I'd definitely want to stay here again."

"I liked that the room was very clean. The location is convenient, not far from the bus station. What I didn't like was the service. They speak Polish or English at reception. I speak Ukrainian and Russian, but the guy pretended not to understand me very well, even though all these languages are quite similar. It's not like I was speaking Chinese! When a female guest approached and spoke English, she received a completely different attitude; they smiled at her and spoke courteously. When someone is paying, what difference does it make what language they speak? I believe staff should be polite to all guests. There was no shampoo in the room, and only one towel (for the body), no face towel. Overall, it wasn't bad, but the interaction at reception left a sour taste. I wish the service staff were more welcoming."
