we’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.

The spa pretty much is making the hotel , room is big , vintage still, the restaurant is good but they are calling this so called singing band, once the restaurant is quite busy they are coming over you and pretty much asking for money , is just a different way for beggars, same thing the restaurant around the corner i forgot the name . Of course you have the option to go eat on swissotel which doesn’t have this gypsy beggars coming over you .

The hotel star is very good. The room we stayed was wide, pleasant and clean. Although the breakfast was not very rich, the products offered were clean and delicious. The staff were very roses and interested. We prefer to walk to the city centre of Rski because it is close to the train station. I can recommend it in a comfortable room.

Location could not be better. Right at the city center. The staff was nice and the place very cute in a medieval style building, very clean and nicely decorated. Our room however had some issues. Being at the top floor the water was never hot, only warm at best. Additionally the window blinder was broken and you could not close the window at night which makes it difficult to fall asleep.

The hotel's front desk staff was very welcoming and polite. They even gave us a gift on check-in day, which was a pleasant surprise and I'm very grateful. The hotel is also in a great location, very close to a supermarket and a few minutes' walk to the central square. The room was heated and very warm, and it was also very clean. Everything was great, and it was worth staying here.

Very near to the city square, black church, Catherine gate and so on. just a walking distance. The room is big as we expected to the romanian country and also food nearby and drinking or coffee vendo machine is very helpful for us. Staff is very helpful and never leave us unattended. They are okey to message directly or ask them for any question regarding the town since we are a tourist.

It is situated right at the edge of the historic Old Town, making it easy to walk to the main square and city sights while offering easy transit connections (about 4 km from the main train station). The Room: We booked the Superior Twin Room. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and quiet. The twin beds were comfortable with fresh linens, and the dedicated desk area with a coffee/espresso setup was great for relaxing. The keycard access system made entry seamless. Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom was pristine, featuring vibrant turquoise mosaic tiles, a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure, a wall-mounted hairdryer, and complete cleanliness. Having a stocked mini-fridge in the room was a very convenient touch. Service: The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring our requests were handled smoothly, including luggage storage. Good to know: Located on a main street, requesting a quiet room away from the elevator ensures a peaceful night's rest. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers visiting Brașov!

Loved my stay at Residence Central Annapolis! The location is perfect—right in the middle of the old town, so everything is just a short walk away. The building has this old-world charm, and the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. If you're visiting Brașov and want somewhere central with character, this is a great pick!
