"We loved everything about our stay. The hotel's location is super close to Red Square, just an 11-minute walk away. The rooms are small but cozy, and the beds are incredibly comfortable and soft. The only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower, which wasn't as strong as I would have liked. Overall, a big thumbs up! I'll definitely visit this hotel again."

"Everything at the hotel was great. We stayed there for 6 nights. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great. Easy to access to metro and Arbat area is buzzling and nice to walk around especially during the evenings/night. My only issue was trying to get our taxi to locate the hotel. When we book the taxi a different address appears on the booking app and it will bring you at the back of the hotel and you will need to find the hotel yourself. Our stay was during Feb and it was snowing and cold, so that was not a great experience trying to locate the hotel with 2 big luggage. Other then this I would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel's location is very convenient, about a 20-minute walk from Red Square. The front desk staff are very welcoming. However, be aware that if you're checking in from another city, the front desk will ask for proof of residence from your previous hotel. The hotel's overall facilities seem a bit dated, but the room itself is alright. The curtains, however, do a very poor job of blocking out light, which means the room is quite bright when trying to sleep during the White Nights season."

"In the center of Moscow, it is very suitable for walking and traveling, and the breakfast is very rich! But the only drawback is that the room is facing the road outside and it is on the ground floor, so it is still quite noisy."

"The location is central, very close to Red Square, only a 10-15 minute walk. However, getting to the airport, especially during evening rush hour, can involve very heavy traffic, so definitely plan ahead! The hotel is apartment-style, requiring a key card for entry, which feels quite secure. The facilities are all new, pretty much like the photos, which is rare in Moscow as there are so many old hotels here... I stayed for two nights, but there was no housekeeping, no towel change, and no replenishment of water or tea bags. When checking in, the front desk said water was available anytime and free, so I guess you need to specifically ask for it. The front desk staff were very friendly and they also offer luggage storage. If the price is right next time, I'd probably choose this place again."

"The room, bath area, cabinet, floors are outdated to me. It’s indeed classified as “heritage” room but whether it’s worth the price is relative. Hotel has a different section where it’s much brighter and modern. The Heritage room type is only offered under Trip.com but not directly from Metropol. So from my experience, this looks like the classic room pending renovation but still offered for booking. If you like this type of vibe, go for it. Otherwise either book the modern room or find somewhere else with such price."

"Next time I come to Moscow, I will consider living in this Trip.com . The location address on the line of the road card is very accurate. Just enter the taxi software directly. After arriving, I will go to the second floor on the right hand side of the door (we have access control at night, you can press the doorbell on the left, the front desk will authorize the door open) On the left hand side of the second floor is the hotel. Check in. You need to show your visa. You can show it to him on your mobile phone. Then register (this should be a policy requirement). All aspects of the experience are very good. The front desk brother also borrowed his own charger for us because it is a hotel opened in recent years or quite new. The decoration style can also have no smell. The bath water is very hot. The water volume is also large. The towel rack is also hot."

"1. The photo of this hotel's entrance isn't of their hotel; I thought it would be a much grander one, but it's actually quite small. See picture one for details. 2. There's no elevator. My deluxe suite was on the 4th floor, and the waiter helped me carry it up. 3. The receptionist speaks English; he's a young and nice guy. 4. The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Chinatown subway station, which is very convenient. It's two subway stops from the factory. Walking would probably take more than half an hour if you're able to. 5. The buffet breakfast is relatively decent."

"I read reviews saying the rooms were old and smelly, but I didn't find any of those issues during my stay. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and were excellent; their service attitude and awareness were very good. Plus, staying at this hotel gets you a 20% discount at the Savoy restaurant if you show your room card, which is a great deal. The hotel's toiletries are of good quality. The hotel is very conveniently located near attractions, subway stations, and supermarkets. Highly recommended."

"The hotel environment is excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The amenities are also quite comprehensive, and every room has air conditioning, so it's not hot at night. Great!"
