The hotel is nice with good service. The rooms were clean and everything was well arranged. We were lucky and being upgraded to 2 bedroom when we checked in. Snack bar are free and this was suprised us. We felt this hotel warm and with passion. The swimming pool with jacuzzi was great. Let's relax just right at the same building and you can enjoy spa and massage whenever you like. Overall rating is high on this hotel and highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now, and I still love it! It is my top choice every time I visit. Why I keep coming back: Amazing Staff: The team here is wonderful. They are so friendly and always ready to help with a big smile. They make me feel very welcome. Perfect Location: The location is excellent! It is very close to everything you need, great shops, tasty restaurants, and easy transport. It makes exploring the city so simple. Top Quality: Everything is always clean and comfortable. Whether it is the service or the room, it is always a 5-star experience for me.

Check in and out was good, the room was nice and big bathroom but no smart tv so no YouTube 😩 beds where a bit too hard and no PowerPoints next to beds👎🏻 The buffet breakfast was below par, poor choice and poor quality way to many people it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think🤕 it was very uncomfortable, pool was ok but saunas where locked😞 Over all the hotel was very old and dated furniture from the 40s and not clean, don't think I'll stay here again.

The location is fantastic, right near Shilong Road, with a shopping mall and even a luxury mall nearby. The streets are clean, surrounded by high-end apartments, and the hotel feels very safe and easy to find. They even upgraded our room for free! The room itself was spotless, with an automatic toilet and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

First time staying at the Four Points Hotel, and everything was great. We were warmly welcomed, and the doorman helped carry our bags. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist us whenever we needed help. The location is very strategic, with the BTS station located right beside the hotel, making it very convenient to travel around the city. There are also many convenient shops nearby, including 7-Eleven and a large pharmacy offering a wide range of daily necessities and groceries. The area also has a local market and a very nice coffee shop. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the water pressure was strong. It's affordable, right on the main road, and has parking. It's perfect for anyone visiting the US Embassy. You can take a shortcut through the alley next to the hotel, past the All Seasons building, then past the Conrad hotel, and you'll reach CP Tower just a short walk to the left, with the embassy right after that. It's incredibly close. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel is located on the main road and has parking. *****BE CAREFUL!! If you call a Grab taxi to the hotel, you might end up at the wrong location in Sathorn. Make sure to pin your location to Ruamrudee!!!!! The only downside is that there's no place to hang clothes in the room. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a great stay at an affordable price. Excellent!!!

The hotel's location is excellent, with Nana Plaza nearby, making dining very convenient. It's also close to the BTS station, so getting to the city center is a breeze. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Not happy..charged me 200 baht for a toothpaste mark. Stayed here 3 times in the last month. This time they charged me 200 baht for toothpaste marks on a small hand towel. I use this blue colgate toothpaste daily. It never stains and just washes out. Presuming they wash the towels anyway ,i find it incredibly harsh and unjustified to implement an additional charge. Dont get me wrong.The hotel staff are great and very warm and helpful especially the young reception lady..I know they just follow company procedure . That said.The hotel have now lost my regular business as i will stay somewhere else from now on. To be fair the hotel is tidy and clean and the staff are great but the company policy needs reviewing as they now lose a long term customer for blue temporary toothpaste marks on a small hand towel that wont even cost 200 baht.
