"Overall it was a great stay. The private room is consider spacious and bed is comfortable. The only downside is the room has no windoes even I have requested in my booking, and the room has an extreme strong mothball/toilet bowl cleaner odour which will makes me feel uncomfortable due to sinuses. Suggets to replace it with mild floral scent, otherwise the entire room would feels like a toilet. Soundproof is poor, you can hear the loud squeaky noise when they are opening/closingbthe door, suggest to put some WD-40/anti-rust lubricant. Rooftop is spacious but sadly it wasn't being well managed, if it can be converted to a mini outdoor gym, it can be great too. I will visit again and hopefully the management could make some improvement and make it a better community space."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location on a quiet street. Lumpini Park is nearby; you just need to cross the road using the pedestrian overpass. However, the park itself didn't particularly impress me; it was a bit dirty. There are exercise machines in the park, and it's good for jogging. The hotel's pool is small, 1.25 meters deep, but it's clean. There's also a sauna and a gym. Breakfast offers a limited selection, but you can definitely get a satisfying meal. A 10-minute walk from the hotel is the Dusit Central Park shopping mall. Under the escalator on the food court level, above the parking lot, you'll find a Super Rich currency exchange with good rates. A little further on, there's another small shopping mall with a food court called Silom."

"The hotel is well-located and although the rooms are a little on the smaller side, they are clean and neat. Housekeeping was always efficient and all staff I interacted with were friendly. If anything, doors are not soundproofed well and it was unfortunate that I heard families yelling down the corridors early in the morning. Other than that, I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel's location is great. It's about a 15-minute walk from the MRT station. There's a 7-Eleven about 100 meters away, as well as a massage parlor and a popular 'influencer' restaurant. After dinner, it's just a five-minute stroll to Lumphini Park to see the monitor lizards. Being tucked away in an alley, it's quiet yet still close to the action. The security guard was always super friendly, greeting us every day and helping with our luggage. We had a really comfortable stay for several days."

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights and absolutely loved both the hotel itself and the neighborhood it's in. Silom is always lively; you don't even need to go to Khao San Road. The shopping and entertainment street is right by the hotel, where you can find everything imaginable – shopping, shows, bars (I recommend the Irish pub with live music directly opposite the hotel), clubs, and stores. The large, fantastic Central Park shopping mall is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The room was beautiful and genuinely spacious, everything felt brand new, and the bedding and snow-white fluffy towels were delightful. The spacious shower had a bench and a rain shower, and the toiletries were good. The staff were simply wonderful, friendly, and always eager for a bit of small talk. The guys at reception and in the bar – you're amazing, I'll definitely come back to this hotel next year just for you. I asked for a high-floor room with a beautiful view and they provided it without question and with a smile. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a restaurant area where breakfast is served. There's also a bar on the ground floor with exquisite decor. Housekeeping was daily, and the beds were so comfortable that it was impossible to get up for breakfast – you just don't want to leave them! There's a pool with welcoming staff at the bar; though the pool is small, the water is very pleasant, warm, and clean. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort and interior design but doesn't want to overpay (like for a W hotel). This hotel is no worse, and its staff make it a place you want to return to."

"The staff were absolutely lovely and super friendly! The accommodation is also incredibly convenient for getting around, close to all the tourist spots. Plus, it's really clean, which put my mind at ease. They even have lockers for storage, and if you forget your key, you can rent one from the property."

"The hotel's location is pretty good. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet is very generous. Downstairs, there are plenty of massage parlors and small restaurants, and a 7-Eleven right across the street. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the BTS station, and you can even see the Pixel Building from the room. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old, but I can live with that."

"Overall the service and hotel was great. I arrived late the next day of my original booking date and there was no issues etc. Room was ready when I arrived and I was able to upgrade easily. The staff were great especially the Pool and Sevice Staff. Great work! Will definately stay here again"

"The room was great. Clean and hygienic, not big but quite comfortable. The front desk service was also warm and friendly; when I was checking in, the lady at the front desk saw me queuing and immediately went to another computer to help me process it quickly. Room service was also efficient; a quick phone call and items were delivered promptly. The only downside was seeing a small yellow stain on one of the towels. I suggest checking and providing clean and hygienic towels in the future. The location is also good, close to Chulalongkorn."

"The bathroom had a very bad smell. There was an abnormal number of insects in the room. It was stressful, as new bugs kept appearing right after I got rid of others. The Thai front desk staff weren't very proficient in English and only gave me the bare minimum information about the hotel. There was a Japanese staff member present at checkout. Overall, I felt the price didn't match the quality. There are many cheaper and better hotels in Bangkok. Conversely, if you specifically want a Japanese-affiliated hotel, I think it's better to increase your budget a bit and choose a different hotel. I might recommend this hotel to those who aren't used to traveling abroad, but I wouldn't recommend it to those who are comfortable communicating in English."
