This hotel's facilities are quite old and in poor condition. The bed frame sticks out significantly, making it very easy to bump your legs when walking around – even covering it wouldn't help much. It's quite dangerous if you're traveling with elderly people or children. The tissues were, to put it mildly, terrible; they felt more like plastic paper. The male and female staff who checked us in were excellent – very polite and courteous, I'd give them full marks. However, the staff member at checkout was just okay; I said goodbye, and she didn't even acknowledge me. The check-in area is in a separate building, while my room was on the second floor of a different building. I checked out on the first floor of my building, right by the roadside. The location is quite lively, with plenty of food and drink options right outside.

I really liked the hotel: friendly staff, comfortable room, delicious breakfasts. When I needed an iron, they brought it to my room along with an ironing board. The hotel's location is also convenient. To the left of the hotel, across the street, is a small but very cozy park. The rooftop pool is the icing on the cake. The only thing that upset me was the pillows. They were filled with cheap, very springy stuffing, which caused a lot of neck pain and restless sleep all night.

The hotel is easily accessible to thru the Sukhumvit line. Just few blocks away from Victory BTS. Staff gladly accommodated my request upon choosing a room. The hotel facilities are all good. They offered me a good discount coupon for their buffet (if you did not purchase a room with a meal). Cleanliness is on point. I’d stay here again if I’ll be visiting Thailand again.

The hotel room design, location, and overall setup are all very good. However, the sound of water running through the walls is quite disturbing—especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. There are also some minor issues with housekeeping, such as not replacing used toothbrushes with new ones. Other than that, everything is fine, and the price is reasonable. It would be even better if they provided coffee cups and some coffee mix packets in the room.

The hotel is less than a kilometer from the Airport Rail Link and Green Line BTS, about a ten-minute walk. They offer a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the station on the hour, which was very convenient when leaving. The hotel building itself has a very traditional Thai style, which is quite unique and thoughtfully decorated. The rooms are simply furnished but relatively spacious, and the soundproofing is good. Perhaps because it's located in an alley, it was very quiet at night. The shower only has a large rain showerhead, no handheld option. The breakfast is a simple buffet, which was sufficient for us, and it had slight variations daily. The food tasted good. One end of the alley leads to a main road with a Lawson convenience store, and the other end is a smaller alley with several 7-Elevens and some stalls where you can get stir-fried noodles and buy fruit. There's a small pool on the sixth floor. The water looked clean, and there's a shower nearby. They also provide free swimming rings, which is plenty for kids to enjoy.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The three most important aspects of accommodation were excellent: 1. The bed was very comfortable. 2. The shower pressure was stable, and the hot water was perfectly fine. 3. The breakfast was abundant with a good selection of main dishes. For a hotel in bustling Bangkok, it has a significant advantage: it's quiet! Tucked away in an alley off the main road, though cars still pass through the alley, the room was completely unaffected by any noise. My 'park view' room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a beautiful small park, offering a calming green vista. Given the car traffic in the alley, the hotel thoughtfully provides a security guard to help guests hail taxis. More importantly, it's quiet without being isolated. Not only is there a small park nearby for walks, but dining, shopping, and exploring are incredibly convenient. You'll find unique street food stalls, fruit stands, plenty of 7-Elevens, highly-rated coffee shops, massage parlors, and it's super close to the King Power Duty-Free shop! You won't even need to bother with night markets if you're short on time. There's also a school nearby, which made the whole area feel safe and comfortable. Regarding transportation, the BTS/MRT station for tourist attractions is not far, about a 10-minute walk. The ARL (Airport Rail Link) station to the airport was mapped at 15 minutes, but due to road construction, it actually took me 25 minutes – still convenient, though. I recommend taking a taxi to the hotel. When you leave, if you have time and want to try something different, you can take the ARL; it'll take about the same time to Suvarnabhumi Airport as a taxi (especially during traffic). The Wi-Fi in the room was excellent! The desk was perfect for working or studying. There's a fridge, a safe, slippers, and two bottles of water provided daily. The only minor drawback is that some details of the room facilities show their age, perhaps on par with a 3-star hotel domestically. Like many hotels in Thailand, it doesn't provide toothbrushes or combs. But these are minor issues that don't overshadow the positives. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I think this is one of the better hotels in the same alley. You might want to compare it with others and let me know your thoughts! Oh, and the park has slides and other play equipment, so many locals come to walk, run, and bring their kids to play. It's a great choice for families too.

We had nothing bout an excellent stay at Pannarai Hotel. From the first step the security guard was kind to show us the escalator and send us to reception on the 8th floor. Next step the reception lady was very polite and warmly welcoming. She explained hotel rules and regulations, check in-out time. She showed the small gym that has only a few cardio machines. Since I was interested in steam and the Pool, she confirmed it was on the 9th floor. Next to the pool was a restaurant but was closed at the time. The view was amazing from the rooftop. You can see Baiyoke sky hotel and many others. The room was on the 6th floor. The door opens with a key card so does air-conditioner. The bed was cosy and comfortable. We got a king size bedroom with a TV. The toilet has a touch mirror with lights. Next to the TV was a wardrobe, a small refrigerator with two glass bottles of water, a kettle for coffee, a hair drier, a tissue pack, and a pole lamp. Overall it was a good experience although we stayed for one night only.

Location is quite good, there is a local street market just foot steps away from hotel and you can get really good dishes all within 15 minutes, but it closes around 8 p.m. You can easily hire a grab bike nearby, to get to the other spots in town. Many complained that the showering room was too tiny and could barely move but I felt it was fine, I am 5 inch 10 feet and weigh 170 lbs for reference. The room and the hallways have lots of design that I feel the vibe for hotels in Southern Europe, a good plus. Pity that there's no indoor gym or pool but a bit of search could find a match nearby.

Additional cost to pay for my kid 12 years old 600 batt per night which can stay 3pax room. The additional bed is not inside the room and requested to put it before we go out but till 9:00pm we came back time yet to put additional bed and recall reception again. Breakfast is so so only. But accessible area and night street foods are available nearby hotel. Rooms shoes are paper type upon request only given.

Very accommodating to our request. The place is very convenient to Pratunam Market though they don’t have an elevator but nevertheless It was so worth it to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended for travelers who aren’t picky with amenities and all and very helpful staffs. Thank you so much Pratunam Family house
