"The room was spacious and even had a balcony. The hotel is located down a small alley off the main road, making it easy to catch a taxi. It's also just a 7-minute walk to the Laksi District Office."

"Close to the subway station, with an Aeon mall just 100 meters away. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room has a microwave and an extension cord. You have to ask for toiletries and towels to be changed, and the bathroom sink is tiny!"

"Overall it’s a good hotel to stay if you need to catch an early flight or if you have some errands to run around that area. The check in staff at the counter was just average, not so friendly but not rude either. The location is quite good because you can get to both pink and green line. it was a walkable distance from the hotel."

"Overall, I had a great stay in the female dormitory. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the stairs could be a little noisy when other guests were going up and down. Apart from that, everything was great and I would be happy to stay here again."

Very diverse and delicious. 🧑💼 Staff: ****Everyone, in every department, was lovely – from the security guards, valets, and doormen to the receptionists, fitness center staff, and pool attendants. Even the staff I just encountered in the hallways were genuinely nice, spoke well, and were always smiling. 💡 Needs improvement: The room had a bit of dust, possibly because I stayed in an older building. 🛁 Facilities: The pool is beautiful; you can swim and watch planes fly by. The fitness center has a lot of equipment, and there's a spa (for an extra charge)."

"Quiet. Secluded. Good for rest. I didn’t venture out. Convenience store nearby. Only one lift, which takes a while so be patient. For food, order Grab, as only one option within 10mins walking distance. Train station is nearby as could see it from window. For intent and purpose of being off-grid and just relaxing without plans, it’s sufficient. Showerhead placement could be better. Sink tap perhaps needs replacing as water splashes in all directions. They allowed me to check-in early, that was nice. It’s ok."

"It felt like staying at home or at a relative's house. The atmosphere was friendly, safe, and warm, which was lovely. The internet was a bit slow though 🍃😂. There was plenty of food available, and they even had a luggage scale, which was fantastic!"

"First of all, the hotel is clean, and the reception staff are very attentive. The food is delicious, and everyone has excellent service-mindedness. Staff always greet you whenever you walk by. I will definitely come back to stay here again. I sent an inquiry via email and received a very prompt response."
