"My stay at the hotel was excellent up until check-out this morning at 10 AM. The front desk employee at that time had a terrible attitude. She was assisting another guest, and there were no other staff members at the front desk. I waited for a while, but she completely ignored me. I placed my room card on the counter, but even after she finished with the previous guest, she still didn't process my check-out. I had to wait until another staff member came out to finally get my check-out handled. She clearly lacked any sense of customer service; it was truly awful!"

From the moment I arrived, I felt that the hotel offered very good value for money, especially considering its convenient location and easy access to public transportation. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is definitely the location. It is very close to the Airport Rail Link, which makes traveling to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport extremely convenient. It was also easy for me to travel around Bangkok without having to spend too much money on taxis. The location is especially useful for travelers who want to explore different parts of Bangkok while staying somewhere affordable. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated having complimentary drinking water and the basic facilities provided in the room. For the price I paid, I think the room was definitely worth it. The hotel staff were another positive part of my experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the staff were willing to help. Good service can make a big difference when traveling, and I was happy with the service I received during my stay. It is a great choice for budget-conscious travelers, solo travelers, couples, and anyone who wants to spend more time exploring Bangkok rather than spending a lot of money on accommodation. "It’s my second time staying at the Tribe, love the space, location might not be the best but there’s shuttle provided to the nearest BTS so not a huge problem. "I've stayed here many times, and overall I'm very satisfied! Facilities: The gym on the 23rd floor and the rooftop pool are my favorites. Cleanliness: The cleaning was very thorough, clean and tidy. Environment: Downstairs there's a Lawson convenience store, as well as burger joints, coffee shops, Japanese noodles, Thai food, Chinese restaurants, pizza… Service: I requested an extra blanket, and the service was excellent!"

"This was a decent hotel for the price. There's a small pool on the first floor, and if you walk just a short distance, you'll find plenty of restaurants and a BTS station nearby. All the staff were friendly, and a special thanks to Jack for being so kind and helpful with various things. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok."

"The room was spacious, and the gym facilities were quite comprehensive. The hotel's location is excellent, right above the Eight community mall (which has Thong Smith boat noodles and a 24-hour supermarket), and it's just a three-minute walk to the Marche mall. However, being on a main road, there's a noise issue, but the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs. The most pleasant surprise was the semi-buffet breakfast; the à la carte egg dishes were absolutely fantastic, and the buffet offerings were unique and varied, never repeating over my three-day stay."
