"The hotel was right in the middle of historic downtown. It didn’t matter which direction you went you were sure to see something amazing for people of any age. Parking directly across from the hotel. An assortment of restaurants, bars, shops and historical sites. The hotel was very clean and staff were always available. Breakfast was ur typical breakfast and was very convenient. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly."

"Location was conveniently close to restaurants and the room was very clean. Customer service was quick and since we got in late, we were tired and just wanted to crash. Had to be up early the next morning to attend a meeting."
"The hotel front desk staff were really good, proactively asking us which floor we'd prefer. We chose the ground floor, thinking it would be more convenient, but then they assigned us a room that was quite a long walk away.
I noticed that all the bedding (sheets and duvet covers) in the room were 100% cotton, which was a nice touch.
There were two bottles of water in the room, and I initially thought they were complimentary. Later, I saw they were $6 each – quite a rip-off! Good thing the front desk had hot and ice water available.
The sink was a bit small and cramped. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but no hand soap or lotion.
The most interesting part was breakfast. When I booked on Ctrip, it showed free breakfast. However, it wasn't a buffet, and the person there tried to charge me. I quickly double-checked with the front desk, and they confirmed it was indeed complimentary. But then the person serving breakfast only gave me a cup of coffee, a piece of bread, and a yogurt. When I asked for fruit, he said I could only have three items!
I think this is because Ctrip didn't make it clear, and I hope they improve on this. A special heads-up for anyone thinking of booking: the breakfast at this hotel isn't a typical buffet. Instead, you get to choose from a few breakfast options, but you're limited to three items, and anything extra will be charged! After I chose my three items, he even made me sign for a total of over $38. I asked why, and he said it wasn't to charge me, but they needed my signature! So now I have to keep an eye on my credit card to make sure I'm not charged again."

Great
GGuest UserThe only thing I don’t like is when its time to checkout housekeeping knocks on the door. If you don’t answer they just make it their job to open the door an walk in they don’t know what can be going in on in the room. But other than that I liked the hotel this my 2nd time staying her.
GGuest UserCool new concept. Didn’t realize it’s the only one in the world. Nice, thoughtful amenities. Compact like a Mikrotel but with a funky arty twist. Clever sayings around the spaces that make you smile. Who doesn’t need to be reminded to smile while making a 1500 mile trek back home👩🏻🎨
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and tidy.
Environment: It was also quite good. There was also a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options. I really liked the strawberry cheese for breakfast. It was delicious when spread on bagels.
CCherryBayFlourishIt was totally clean room with clean lines!
Despite other negative reviews, we had a very comfortable staying in a Clean room.
Location was easy to find and convenient for traveling via interstate. Lots of shops and restaurants/fast foods are available near by.
Compared to how clean a room was vs. water pressure of shower being weak was nothing.
Yes, recommend this hotel.
KKj37The front desk morning staff are absolutely thee best. I'm here for an work assignment that has been a very very hectic one. The front desk staff has went above and beyond to help me in anyway possible. I'll most definitely recommend Fairfield Inn And Suites Central.
GGuest UserGreat location, great service, breakfast was unexpectedly nice.
Hotel rooms are a little dated, but the service was good.
Pool was refreshing.
We got a discount voucher for a nearby restaurant which we used which was also good. Would stay again.
GGuest UserWe checked in about 4 o’clock and when we got up to the room, we noticed that it didn’t really look that clean. We actually found a pepperoni under the desk and there were smudge marks of some sort on one of the blankets, but as soon as I asked the gentleman at the front desk if he could send somebody up to clean the room, he didn’t hesitate and when I came back, the room was absolutely clean
JJames StudawayOverall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The Staff was very friendly, the restaurant breakfast was excellent, the dinner or late dinning could be better. The only real issue I had was the bathroom sink. The water pressure was too high and you had to turn the valve fully open to get hot water and get clothes wet in the process.
LLiliana BI stayed here one night. I did not take advantage of breakfast included so I don’t know how it is. Also, was too cold to go to the pool. Although, pool area looked pretty. Inside my room, bed looked clean, floor looked like it had not been swept/mopped. Shower barely worked. Walls in the shower looked like it had black mold on them, rusted bathtub in spots. Remote to TV was very sticky, maybe never cleaned. Overall, if you just looking for a cheap place to sleep, it’s an okay option.
