"The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready."

"Meals: Very similar to other hotels. Three types of fruit were provided: apples, bananas, and oranges. Texas-style waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausages were also served (there were other items as well). Hotel Service: The staff were very friendly. Amenities: I only used the swimming pool. The pool is divided into a standard pool and a heated pool area. Towels were provided separately, so it was comfortable to use. Location: It is a bit of a distance, but it is within walking distance."

"It’s within walking distance of the Amtrak station and about a 20-minute walk to the downtown area. The hotel offers quality, professional service — the front desk staff, breakfast buffet, and housekeeping were all very good and friendly. While the property felt somewhat dated, it was clean and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep."

"It was better than expected, we was on the second floor so whoever was above us was stepping hard but it was every now and then. I did notice at night they had police so I felt safe, breakfast was great and I saw a lot of family (Kids) I did request for someone to come put a bulb over the sink that never took place but it was two other bulbs so I was fine with that. I love the fact that housekeeping don’t bother you at all."

"I was very well received, welcomed and cared. The maintenance of the excellent rooms, 24h. I had a problem in the bathroom valve. It was immediately exchanged for a new. And they have already exchanged the shower shower too. A reception staff member, wonderful, room, cleaning, comfort, everything great, and breakfast idem."

"The room and facilities are very good and the breakfast is rich. There is a problem. Stayed for three days and once did hygiene. In addition, it arrived at three in the morning and waited for a long time to open the door."

"Only downside of this hotel is the parking is valey only. Other than that, their location is perfect and we had a wonderful stay even if it was only one night. I also liked the hotel has laundry rooms in different floors. It is not much but it is a great difference when you are traveling with a toddler for a long time. Any way, I can easily recommend this hotel. If you are okay with puplic parking while staying which I believe will cost almost 75% of the hotels valey price, you don't have to pay for private parking either."
