Hotels near San Antonio Fire Museum, San Antonio

"The room and facilities are very good and the breakfast is rich. There is a problem. Stayed for three days and once did hygiene. In addition, it arrived at three in the morning and waited for a long time to open the door."

"The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready."

"The Riverwalk Plaza was a beautiful, historical hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with all questions and concerns. It’s walking distance to the Riverwalk which is a HUGE bonus. There is also onsite dining options. I had the best blueberry latte I have ever had at the cafe on location. The next time I find myself in San Antonio, I will definitely be staying here again!"

"It is a hotel that I would definitely like to stay next time. Good breakfast. The service of the hotel staff was attentive and the hotel felt comfortable. There is a shop near the hotel, which is very helpful."

"The hotel is amazing and beautiful all around. Meeting the amazing well mannered staff was pleasant. I was greeted right away upon entering the hotel with my wife. John greeted me with a big smile while I was walking through the lobby. The room was something else. I could not forget the view. My wife and I wanted to get away from our hectic lifestyle and forget it for a weekend and the Thompson made that happen. Thank you to all who helped us during that time. I will be coming back."

"Meals: Very similar to other hotels. Three types of fruit were provided: apples, bananas, and oranges. Texas-style waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausages were also served (there were other items as well). Hotel Service: The staff were very friendly. Amenities: I only used the swimming pool. The pool is divided into a standard pool and a heated pool area. Towels were provided separately, so it was comfortable to use. Location: It is a bit of a distance, but it is within walking distance."

"No breakfast, free coffee is very good, the hotel location is easy to find, three to five minutes walk to the city center, there is free parking, the price is relatively affordable, it is recommended. The disadvantage is that there are no slippers, no teeth ... but last night when I went to the Hilton near New Mexico State University, there were no slippers and teeth ..."

"I was double charged aside from the 43 dollars/ per night parking fee and when I called customer service, I was told that this was a split bill. The receipt that I got from the hotel states one charge but I was charged that price, plus another charge of twice that amount. Customer service refused or was incapable of explaining to me why I was charged twice. I suggest that you do not stay at this hotel. "

"Very distinctive hotel! However, the room was wrong. We set a premium river view bed room with a balcony, but found that the room type given was an ordinary superior bed room with different costs. I didn't bother to change it and didn't find the front desk. The room is small but the hotel environment is very good. It is found that the rooms set by Trip.com are generally not as good as those set by the hotel or other platforms."

"Hotel location is very good, although the room is a little small, but value for money, including breakfast, the price is also very good, like breakfast with fresh apples and bananas, hot tea coffee during the day, small daisy tea at night, can Said to be very intimate. The hot water is very strong, the bed is very comfortable, I was worried that it would be a tide before, and the result is not, sleep well! Overall, the waiters are very polite and enthusiastic"
