Son trang hotel was an amazing experience. The hotel was very responsive in arranging our transport from danang hotel to their hotel in Hoi an, at prices lower than on grab. They arranged a 7seater car with driver waiting for us at the airport with my name. Throughout our stay, hotel staff would introduce us to local attractions and informed us that if we would like, they can arrange transport and discounted tickets for us. There was no upselling, they were very respectful if we wanted to discuss and check other platforms. Even after checkout, they offered to arrange our transport to the next hotel at Bana hills and even transport from Bana hills back to danang city. All I had to do was WhatsApp them for assistance. Again prices were below market rate quoted from drivers and grab. I enjoyed my stay as it was a good location and good amenities. Just take note that there is no lift, only stairs. Shouldn't be an issue for lightweight travellers. Will definitely stay again with my friends. Thank you so trang hotel for making our first trip to Vietnam and enjoyable one

The location was fantastic! The sheets and everything were also very clean. The owner was super friendly, and for breakfast, I chose banh mi and coffee, but they also gave me extra mango! Just a heads-up, my room was on the 4th floor, and there are only stairs. If I ever come back to Hoi An, I'd love to stay here again!

This hotel is a peaceful retreat with excellent service. The design makes you feel right at home. All the staff members are incredibly helpful. They offer motorbike rentals and a reasonably priced shuttle service to Da Nang airport. Katie, one of the staff, was particularly attentive and provided great care. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The photos I've uploaded might not show much of the hotel itself, but the room was absolutely fantastic! 😍😍😍

A wonderful place to stay. Walking distance to night markets, Hoi A river & lantern boats, Old Town. Grabs are cheap if you want to go further away and easily accessible.  The place was very clean, bottled water was provided, good water pressure, very comfortable beds, and friendly/helpful reception staff. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Hoi An in the future.

We stayed 4 nights at La Pavillion Gallery hotel.I was really surprised by the service here.We were welcome by kind and polite at the reception.The check in was at 2 pm but we arrived the hotel around 12 pm so they helped us check in early which we really appreciated.Tracy helped us book airport transfer for us from Da nang to the hotel.She guided and assisted us during our whole stay at this hotel.They prepared a anniversary wedding cake and a card for us that blew my mind.The breakfast was really good.Hotel was in bery convenient location.Very close to old town .Tracy checked on us everyday if everything was okay with our room.We noticed that the bedsheet had a little bit of stain which we didnt mind at all because the service here was outstanding.But,they prepared a fruit platter for us when we went back to our room and found a small apology note.That really impressed us.Just the swimming pool was a bit unclean and Birds poop everywhere.And also the chicken wings i ordered had no taste,it needs to be improved, The kind Gentleman at the door i forgot his name but was really kind to us since our check in day too.I will definitely come back again to stay in this hotel.Much Love❤️

As a solo traveler, I always checked reviews before booking, and everything I read was accurate. I had a wonderful stay at May Boutique Villa. Room & Rate: I booked a room with a balcony for 3 nights. The room is spacious. Although the view from the balcony is surrounded by hotels however it gives a calm vibe at night especially during a full moon. The rate is reasonable 4D3N Toilet: Provided with toiletries and towels. Clean and there’s no odd smell. The toilet bowl is clean as well (my non-negotiable😅) Location-wise: It's a bit away from the town, but it only takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to Hoi An Ancient Town. If you’re not into walking, consider renting a bicycle or motorcycle. The prices are also good. Amenities: Includes a swimming pool. Food: I only booked a one-meal breakfast on my first day during check-in. It’s an à la carte style. The food was tasty and freshly cooked. I appreciate the owner (sorry I didn’t his name) for allowing me to eat my white rose dumplings take away before heading to the airport. The coffee I ordered was on the house 😊

Mulberry Collection Silk Eco is truly an impressive hotel and one of the highlights of my stay in Hoi An. The location is excellent—less than a 10-minute walk to the Ancient Town, making it incredibly convenient while still being tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. It offers the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. The hotel facilities are outstanding. Guests can enjoy a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, spa, lounge area, laundry facilities, and many other thoughtful amenities that enhance the overall experience. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was equally impressive, with strong water pressure and a well-designed layout that made daily routines enjoyable. Service throughout the hotel was warm, attentive, and professional. One of the biggest surprises was the food. The breakfast spread offers an excellent selection of both Eastern and Western cuisine, alongside authentic Vietnamese dishes. The variety of appetizers, salads, beverages, and desserts was equally impressive, making every breakfast a delightful experience. There are, however, two areas that could be improved. Firstly, there was a noticeable sewage-like odor coming from the bathroom drainage system. The smell was most apparent after returning to the room following a period of absence and could occasionally be quite unpleasant. Secondly, the elevator door sensor did not appear to be functioning optimally. During my stay, another guest did not press the open button, and as I entered the elevator slightly slower, the door closed on my hand, causing a minor cut and slight bleeding. While the injury was not serious, it highlighted a potential safety concern that the hotel may wish to address. Overall, Mulberry Collection Silk Eco is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location, wonderful facilities, comfortable rooms, great service, and fantastic food. With a few maintenance improvements, it would be very close to a perfect stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days and absolutely loved it! From the moment we checked in, we felt a genuine sense of hospitality. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and polite. The room was clean and very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were spotless. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There's a small pool on the premises, which is perfectly fine for a refreshing dip on a hot day. Breakfasts were excellent, I especially recommend the fruit salad. The location is ideal — everything is within walking distance, yet it's quiet and peaceful around. The sea is a 10-minute drive away. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We will definitely recommend it to all our friends!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is centrally located, with shops and eateries within walking distance. Great facilities and garden view. Joined a free Yoga session conducted at the hotel. Ms Hoa and her colleagues at the reception are a great help as she helped with my local tour and transport bookings. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Maison Vy. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff as soon as we arrived. The staff were very helpful with bags and allowing us to roam while we waited for checkin. Decor is very welcoming and stylish. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage. Beds were comfortable and cleaned immaculately every day. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily foot spas and other touches of service during our stay. We had all of our needs attended to- we required a meeting room with good wifi to take a video call one day, and were offered the comfortable spa room to take it. The pool was also very nice to spend a hot afternoon in. We also had access to bikes out the front of the hotel to get around town- we wish we took up the offer sooner as it is a very efficient way to get around town. All in all a fantastic experience.
