Facilities: The smart toilet leaked profusely after just one flush – utterly disgusting. To make matters worse, wastewater overflowed from the shower during use. Absolutely unacceptable. Cleanliness: The trash bins weren't emptied. Ambiance: It was quite noisy at night. Service: They seemed to prioritize boosting their numbers, pressuring customers to book the most expensive rooms. Their service awareness was poor; they didn't even bother to mention that breakfast was available. I truly regret staying here and absolutely do not recommend it. Future guests, please book with extreme caution!

I was very happy with the room – it was clean and tidy, and breakfast was included. The location is great, very close to the South Gate of the old town, and the surrounding area is lively with lots of dining options. Parking is available. The owner is a young, friendly guy.

The location is excellent, very close to the South Gate of Lijiang Old Town. I stayed for two days, and the convenient access made it easy to visit Lijiang Old Town on the first day and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain on the second. Transportation was a breeze, and there are plenty of early breakfast options nearby. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a well-designed wet/dry separated bathroom. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming!

The hotel location is only 2 mins walk to the south gate of the old city. There are plenty of restaurants along the main road along the south gate. The rooms are big and clean and have a nice location except that the reception both day and night are not very helpful and reluctant in providing information when asked. Breakfast is just basic every day: serving plain porridge, boil eggs, sweet corn, plain buns, and sweet potatos. The restaurant is on the top floor, and if the weather is good, you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the rooftop. Overall, this hotel is good minus the service provided at the reception.

The hotel is only 5 mins walking from South Gate of Lijiang Old town. They have an elevator and rooftop. We stayed for 2 nights and the 2nd night the owner upgraded our rooms to family room which is so big. I like to stay here, even it is close to south gate and many foods nearby but the location is quiet. I will come back when I am back to Lijiang. Keep it up.

The hotel is not as classy and new as the pictures. There are no lights along the corridors during the week hours which makes it very dangerous for guests who need to leave or check out early in the morning. There are also no staff at the counter to assist during these times, the hotel is all dark. In terms of amenities, there are no hand towels or toilet mats.  Hotel location is very good though, walkable to near Lijiang old town, with many eateries around.
