I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the experience was wonderful. Right after I placed my booking, the owner kindly reached out to inquire about my stay. She patiently addressed all of my queries, which I truly appreciated. Upon my arrival, she went above and beyond by assisting with my luggage, even helping to carry one piece that didn’t fit in the trolley. Throughout my stay, the owner was consistently attentive, making sure I had enough to eat and even recommending some great places to explore around the town. On my last day, I left my luggage at the hotel to pick up later in the evening, and to my surprise, it was safely kept in my room. The owner kindly helped bring it to the pick-up point, which was a thoughtful gesture. Although the lady owner didn’t speak English fluently, she did her best to explain everything, and I found her to be very sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow Malaysian travelers and anyone visiting the area. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered great value for the price. If you're hesitating about booking this hotel, I highly encourage you to go ahead — you won’t be disappointed!

Located in the old city. There is construction next to the place so it’s noisy and can be heard in the room. The room is a good size and the A/C has heating.

Amazing stay. It located in a quiet area and near one of the entrance. The boss was very friendly and helpful. We were grateful that she helped us on loading our luggage as we enter and leave the ancient town. One of our friend had lost his wallet in a store and had to leave the town. She even helped us to look for the wallet and send it back to our kunming hotel.

We had a great time. The hotel is well located, in a quiet alley a minute away from one of the main streets. The room was clean, spacious and luminous. The beds were large and comfortable. The owner was very kind and accommodating. I definitely recommend!

It's quite close to the exit of the Bailong Square parking lot in Lijiang Ancient Town, making it convenient to take the 101 bus. Although it's a wooden house, it's relatively quiet because it's at the end of a small alley. However, the overall environment is quite messy and the sanitation is average. But it's cheap. I'm out and about during the day, so I only stay for one night and don't have high requirements. The area is also acceptable.

Basically satisfied, the price/performance ratio is quite high, but the environment outside the window needs to be improved, and the bathroom is a bit deep, which is inconvenient to use the toilet at night

On the way to check in, we contacted the boss to find out where to pick us up. We sent the location and the boss came quickly and took the initiative to pack our luggage. Hahaha, he is quite diligent. The room we booked was well cleaned, there was no peculiar smell in the bathroom, and the bed sheets were white and clean without stains or hair. The boss is very nice, he answered all our questions and told us about interesting attractions nearby where we can check in and have fun.

Near Bailong Cultural Square, close to the ancient city, very close to Zhongyi Market, very convenient for shopping at the night market, and very convenient for going to the ancient city Sifang Street or taking a bus. The room is clean and odorless, with complete facilities, but the TV does not work. The sound insulation is very good, there is no noise at night, and it is very convenient to travel. Recommended

The room was very clean, the customer service was very friendly, the environment was beautiful, the boss came to pick up the luggage in person, I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip

The bathroom drainage was poor, with noticeable water accumulation, a sign of early construction quality issues. The room's soundproofing was poor; I could clearly hear people walking and talking outside. The floorboards were also poorly insulated, and with children running upstairs, the noise below was quite noticeable. The owner was very helpful and friendly. After I reported the issue, I was offered a new room, but the overall facilities were quite old, so the improvement wasn't significant. After checking out, the owner offered to help carry my luggage to the intersection, as the cobblestone pavement made it difficult to push or pull my suitcases.

It is located on the edge of the ancient city, very close to the Mu Mansion and next to the Zhongyi Market. It has a good location and is convenient to go everywhere. The boss is very nice and provides disposable toilet seats and slippers. The room has air conditioning. Sleeps very quietly, not noisy.
