The stay was quiet and the room definitely served its purpose. I did although find a disturbing glass pipe stem in the dryer. But the hotel can't control the extracurricular activities of the guest. The room could have been cleaner, I found someone else's hair in the shower, and the sink. The staff is great, especially the afternoon gentleman who runs the front desk.

The staff are amazing but the cleaning people need to put much more effort in. Dirt being the couch, boogers on the bathroom wall. Absolutely disgusting

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The photos online were quite misleading—the reality didn't match the presentation. The hallway carpets were wrinkled and had an unpleasant smell, giving a poor first impression. The room itself was outdated and lacked basic amenities. There was no hot water machine or kettle, which is surprising for even a basic stay. The bed sheet looked as though it had already been used, although hotel staff inspected it and explained the creases were from folding. Still, it didn’t feel fresh or reassuring. To make things worse, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our stay—something we weren’t informed about beforehand. Overall, the hotel is not well maintained and I regretted choosing it. I’d recommend looking elsewhere unless significant improvements are made. Was very nice place, wifi needs updating and the construction needs to be rushed, pool temperature changes every day even though it’s a heated pool, was an interesting experience not having the same pool temperature day to day

1. Security door lock broken 2. Heating and thermostat old and hard to operate. Didn’t dare to adjust room temperature. 3. A hole on the wall. 4. Missing paint everywhere inside the room. 5. Badly broken glass in one of the entrance door into the building.

The aircon needs to be cleaned up and upgrade the button are gone and its not working but the rest is excellent

The hotel room is old anf has smell. A 2-star hotel acceptable clean but not really clean. The room has awful smell and very old. There are couple of flies flying around when we checked in. The bathroom does not have ventilator at all so all the smell just stay inside your room. There is no fly screen at the balcony/patio door so cannot open it for air circulating as afraid mosquitos and flies would enter the room. Not central air system. Just 1 unti AC so pretty noisy.

The place is run down.  As a person with a disability I asked for a room close to the front desk.  I couldn’t have been any further away from it.  The parking lot pavement is in terrible shape.  The bathroom had molding under the sink, the light in bathroom over the sink was on crooked, the curtains were dirty and dated.  Doors leading to exits were not secure and didn’t open easily.  Paint is peeling off the building and patio/balconies.  I had a foot print outside my room that was not removable?  Although, they were vacuuming the hallways they were still dirty (maybe more suction is needed).  Overall, I would not recommend this lodging place for the money that I paid.  Lady at reception was very friendly.

I had an excellent stay in the Hotel and my room was super clean. Overall awesome.

Close to many restaurants and shops. Across from a mall and close to 401. There is a lot of construction occurring on the roads and within the hotel. Room was warm and clean. Room walls were quite thin and could hear other guests. Price was good.

Bed was really comfortable and the room was clean ! Enjoyed my stay ! Will staycation there in the future ! 😀

The room seemed very outdated and under repair. The house phone was not plugged as wall unit was missing,AC was very noisy, leak from bathroom faucet. Did not complaint but would not go back.

Wasn't too happy upon arrival to find out my room was downgraded and they tried to charge me extra for a small service dog. Definitely some sketchy people out and about after dark as well.
