The receptionist was on the phone ca with his friend or family when I arrived. He didn’t hung up during the check in and not focus on the customer. I was really shocked.

Location is good. Many restaurants around.

Everything was great but our room was on the ground floor and even though it was deluxe the room seemed very small. Other than that location was great & staff were very helpful.

Decent hotel though some rooms are very small. It’s a little pricey for what it is but it is clean which is a positive.

Very accommodating service, central heating worked well, the room was warm and cozy. Highly recommend.

The location is great and the hotel itself looks nice (the entrance, reception, rooms) but that’s pretty much about it when in comes to the positives. I’m not picky at all and I rarely feel the need to make a bad review but that hotel doesn’t stand for the 4-stars at all. The rooms are cold, floor heating didn’t work and the so-called hot water in the bath as an absolute joke. What’s the point of having tv’s built-in the bathroom if you simply can’t take a warm bath after all day long walking in December? We’ve obviously reported that to the reception but the guy had absolutely no idea on what he was doing and after 5 minutes of turning the water on and off he simply said that it’s just the normal water temperature in the hotel. But we were literally freezing. At least there was a hot water in the sink so we could fill up the bottles and pour them into the bathtub. Also, please clean that bathroom properly as the rain shower was spraying water everywhere around and the glass next to the bathtub looks filthy. Does it sound like 4-stars experience to you? Absolutely not. That’s a shame as I thought this would be a much better experience at first.

Okay place to stay. Shame the elevator wasn’t working as they placed my booking on the 4th floor. Not good for travellers with heavy luggage.

The hotel was horrible! Not clean, bad furniture and heat system! I dont recomend at all and i will never comeback!

The hotel lies on a side street really close to the underground station, which is excellent. What wasn't quite that excellent that our room was directly next to the entrance and there was a lot of noise coming in. The noises from the street, from other guests using the elevator (also next to our door, basically our foor was in the elevator lobby). Also some *************** was present at some evenings. Apparently AC is centrally controlled because it worked for two nights but didn't do anything on two others. Fortunately the temperature was bearable wothout it so I didn't ask about it. However, I'd prefer to be in control of the room temperature, rather than the hotel.
