The cleaners were bad, no pool. We were told that there was an indoor one. That was always look. There is no access to the indoor pool or spa. No kettle, no iron, no hot drinks room facilities. Our room light was not working for the first two nights.

This hotel was amazing close to many places and a 5 minute walk to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have a bad experience today.Room was very dusty no shampoo no shower gel is available in the toilet. Commorde and flush is no working I went three times in the counter and informed to fixed this things.Once electricity gone.no proper light available in room. The details mentions nothing is correct very bad experience please I tried to explain the person to change the room but every time they send to fix the issues one by one.very very bad experience

Terrible customer service, hot water not working, air condition not working. Language barrier. Booked for 10 days and stayed only one night due to the service given and no refund was given.

Not a good choice

I booked this hotel because I was traveling by train. The location near the train station is perfect. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are spacious. The hinges on my room were squeaking a lot, which may have caused some temporary noise. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The Wi-Fi is poor, constantly dropping out, and there's no kettle or fridge in the room, which is certainly inconvenient in the heat. However, the location is good, the bed is comfortable, and the pool area is beautiful. I was lucky; there were almost no other guests, and the restaurant staff was very kind and provided hot water and dishes. There's no laundry! I'm not sure where this information came from, but there is a paid laundry literally 100 meters from the hotel.

It's really bad, the location is OK, but the rest is really bad, the hotel is dirty, it doesn't look like a 4 star hotel at all, there are no people, it feels like an abandoned house

There are no quilts, no slippers, no toothbrushes, but there is a swimming pool.
