I must say that this stay experience was extremely disappointing, far from meeting my expectations. The attitude of the reception staff was absolutely unacceptable, and the hygienic conditions of the room were appalling. As soon as I arrived, I noticed that the bed in the first room was covered in small hairs. Hoping to resolve the issue by changing rooms, I went to reception to express my displeasure. Unfortunately, even after being assigned a new room, the problem persisted: there were still hairs on the bed. When I contacted the front desk again, their response was unacceptable. The staff dared to say: "It's normal, hairs may fall out when changing the sheets." We no longer have any other rooms available, it is not possible to change them again, unless you change hotels yourself. » I attempted to resolve the issue and even requested a refund for the second night, but my request was denied. The service attitude was extremely rude, with no consideration for customers' feelings and needs. I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed, and I strongly advise other travelers to exercise caution when choosing their accommodation, to avoid having such an unpleasant experience.

Not far from the port. The hygiene is OK. The food in the hotel is OK. There is a bus stop at the door.

Clean hotel, breakfast needs to be improved in terms of quantity and variety. Small pool.

top hotel, structures, cleanliness, location. The only downside of this hotel was the welcome we received from “Samuel”, an obnoxious and contemptuous receptionist who showed condescension. Having a problem with my pelvis, I needed a room with a shower, which I specified and which was written on my reservation confirmation, this dear gentleman then kindly asked me for €180 to obtain the room initially reserved. With a commercial gesture of 80€ finally. The common areas are unfortunately not suitable for PMRs.
