+ Very good location, spacious room, modern and comfortable but nevertheless remains very typical of the Sassi (do not expect the room to be very bright). Very pleasant bathroom and rather decent bedding. - The curtains do not allow you to achieve complete blackness. We stayed in room 201 which overlooks the street, which can be a little noisy with the traffic.

We stopped for one night...we were very satisfied, modern, clean, very characteristic hotel, very friendly staff...simple but complete breakfast. Excellent location located in the center between the two stones with the splendid Via del Corso full of shops and cafés... worth returning.

We had a great time. Room in the caveous stones, comfortable mattress, no humidity. Good breakfast. Kindness of the staff. Excellent location. We highly recommend it. We will definitely return.

En aucun cas un 4*** sauf le prix. Le seul point positif tient à sa situation centrale entre les deux Sassi et sa vue sur la place San Francisco d'Assisi malheureusement en cours de restauration. L'hôtel est minimaliste en tout point :, accueil de telle heure à telle heure, chambre vaste mais froide sans aménagement pas de bureau, pas de rangement (une barre), minibar vide et bruyant (nous avons dû le débrancher !) petit déjeuner à 8h. Plutôt 8h20 pour que ce soit prêt. et le plus médiocre que nous ayons eu durant notre voyage de 2 semaines en Italie. Parking public à 500m à 19€/j

Hotel centrale, arredato con gusto, moderno. Unica pecca, la chiusura dell'ingresso alle 22:00. Ma le chiavi dell'entrata sul retro, da Piazza del Sedile, rendono la cosa meno fastidiosa. Forse arricchirei l'offerta della colazione. Ci tornerei. Anzi spero di tornarci.

Posizione perfetta. A 2 passi dai sassi e dalla via principale di Matera. Parcheggio comunale a meno di 10 min a piedi. Camera pulita, letto e cuscini molto comodi. Colazione a buffet buona ma poca scelta.... Rapporto qualità prezzo buona

Posizione centrale, camera grande , accogliente e ben insonorizzata. Colazione sufficiente, non grandi scelte. Parcheggio problematico a causa della ZONA ZTL. Si viene avvisati di tale problematica SOLO dopo aver prenotato. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare l’auto a circa 900 mt dall’hotel dopo aver girato mezz’ora per trovare un posto a pagamento dove parcheggiare. Risolvendo ciò ci ritorneremmo. Dalle recensioni pare ci possano essere difficoltà con l’acqua calda ma a noi non é successo. Frigo bar minimale

In centro con camera praticamente nuova. Personale gentile prezzo corretto. Bene la colazione. Camere silenziose. Benissimo. Soluzione adeguata con parcheggio a pagamento a pochi metri dall’hotel.Pienamente soddisfatto in tutto.

Ho soggiornato per due notti con amici in questo hotel. Note di merito l'ubicazione fantastica, nelle immediate vicinanze delle attrative piu' interessanti di Matera e la grande gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Colazione senza particolari punti interessanti. Nota estremamente dolente quella dei servizi privi di qualsiasi comodità. Nella mia stanza erano piccolissimi rendendone molto laborioso l'uso, in quella dei miei amici non solo mancava il bidet ma la vasca da bagno presentava un muretto laterale che ne rendeva difficoltoso e pericoloso l'uso. Peccato perche tutto questo rende il giudizio finale non molto positivo.
