House was built in the 1950's and boast the charm of Hawaii life by the sea. Large three bedrooms, two bathrooms with fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. A private easement leads you to a white sand beach for wingfoiling, kite surfing, windsurfing, stand-up-paddle surfing, swimming, snorkeling and beach walks. Centrally located for easy driving to the many destinations around Maui. Convenient to shops, restaurants and groceries in Paia or Kahului. Organic fruit trees and garden will provide samples of the many Hawaiian varieties that flourish here. We take pride in having an organic property free of harmful chemicals. Many guests enjoy the ability to leave gear rigged for easy access to launch anytime bof the day. All wind-sport participants must abide by all association rules.There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double and a twin bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and a private shower. There is high speed internet with a mesh system throughout the house. There is a smart TV with basic cable, a blue-tooth speaker and a gas grill.
