Has a great stay. Hooked us up with parking for a few days and shuttle both ways for airport . Very clean and staff was very helpful and kind.

Very basic hotel. 2-3 star at most. But at least the room is clean. No shuttle bus schedule. Need to call them at the airport for them to send a driver out. Transportation is OK with a Mississauga bus stop right in front for the hotel lobby.

Good hotel, helpful staffs, nice restaurant. I booked jacuzzi room, but jet was broken. They offered discount and gave some money back for compensation. I am happy for their consideration and service.

The kitchen suites are absolutely gorgeous and have all you need to cook ! It felt just like home instead of a hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators can get busy during peak hours. Friendly staff and fast check-in process. Lots of parking.

Very disappointed for the closure of swimming pool during our visit… the gym room is small instead.

Great stay, not far ftom airport. Great Denny’s restaurant and a bar for a sociable once u arrive.

Close to airport

The front desk staff was quite rude and inflexible. Where would a tourist get a credit card for a deposit? I had a Canadian bank debit card but that didn't satisfy the front desk staff. The staff needs to learn how to communicate with visitors. A live bug was found in the room.

Booked for my family. The hotel is less than half an hour from the airport. It is very convenient. I have stayed here twice before, each time for five or six days. The hotel environment, hygiene and service are all good. So I chose this hotel for my family this time. I will stay here again next time and recommend it to relatives and friends around.

Very good service, clean and tidy

The room was very clean. We booked a suite with a sofa. The view at night was beautiful and we could see the airport.

The counter allows us to use US dollars, which is a great convenience for me. The hotel does not provide free breakfast. It is quite cold to go out to find food on a snowy day. The room is neat and bright, and the view is good.
