I spent two nights at this beautiful hotel, on a visit to Emeishan with my girlfriend. It was an amazing experience! First of all, the pick-up from the train station by the hotel owner was really a welcome touch — he helped us greatly throughout our stay, making sure we had the best possible experience in Emeishan. The room itself was beautiful — amazing views from our own private balcony; a very tasteful, new and comfortable interior; impeccably clean; and a great selection of fruit, snacks, etc. in the room. A beautiful and convenient location too. The breakfast was really good — lots of dishes, and both days were different. It was lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning, looking out at mountains, eating a delicious breakfast and drinking coffee. I would highly recommend visiting Emeishan itself, and I think this hotel is the perfect base for a trip there — the next day, we visited Leshan giant Buddha (not far away by train), before returning to Chengdu in the evening. Overall, a great place to stay, and I definitely want to visit again!

Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel.
The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains.
We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty.
The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

Guest UserTraveling through Sichuan with kids, Le Méridien is definitely the best hotel in the Leshan Emeishan area. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, there are several must-try restaurants right outside the hotel.
If you're driving, it's super convenient. You can drive straight from the hotel's parking lot all the way up the mountain, which takes a little over an hour to reach Leidongping. The reason it takes a bit longer is due to the 30 km/h speed limit.
Even after a long day of climbing the Leshan Giant Buddha and enjoying delicious food in Leshan, followed by a long drive to Le Méridien at the foot of Emeishan, and knowing we'd be climbing Emeishan early the next morning, it was still worth it to stay at a hotel like Le Méridien to get a good night's rest and recharge.
What's more, we had incredibly good luck! When we woke up and opened the curtains, it was raining heavily outside, with rain pouring into the lake. But magically, by the time we reached the Emeishan summit, the clouds had cleared, and the sun was shining brightly. It felt like Le Méridien brought us good fortune!

Guest UserThe overall experience was absolutely incredible. Stepping into the hotel felt like entering an Aman-style sanctuary, where time itself seemed to slow down. There were so many touching moments that online pictures simply couldn't convey; you truly need to experience it firsthand.
The one-on-one butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, with every detail meticulously handled. Experiences like incense burning, sound bathing, and tea ceremonies were brought directly to my room, offering a wonderful sense of ritual and allowing for complete relaxation.
The Michelin-starred meal was exquisite and refined, with reassuringly fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The mountain weather was comfortably pleasant, and the bedding quality was excellent. Drifting off to sleep with the soothing white noise of the flowing creek outside made for an exceptionally peaceful and restorative night's rest.
This was a truly rare and healing mountain retreat, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and rejuvenate. It's definitely worth another visit.

YangjincuojiaFacilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues.
Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding.
Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent.
Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them.
Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

The hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

Guest UserOur stay at Wyndham Grand Emei was absolutely perfect for our Emei Mountain vacation. The hotel is situated right by the Emei River, and the water is crystal clear. The courtyard design creates a wonderful atmosphere. Our room was spacious and featured smart controls. It's very close to the Emei Mountain scenic area entrance, making hiking incredibly convenient. The butler service was attentive throughout our stay, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. In our free time, we enjoyed walking and fishing along the river – it’s a quiet and relaxing escape from the city noise. It's a great spot for families and couples, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Emei Mountain.

Extremely satisfied with our trip! This hotel offers incredible value for money.
We originally booked a Roman-themed room, but we arrived quite early, and our room wasn't ready yet. A staff member at the front desk named Wu Yujia kindly upgraded us to a balcony king room in the main building. She even added us on WeChat to keep us informed about the hotel's activity schedule and other details.
The room was quite spacious. Although the hotel facilities looked a bit dated, they paid great attention to details; even the toothbrushes were of good quality, not the cheap kind.
Just a heads-up: the outdoor hot springs only open after 1:30 PM.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. From 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the restaurant also offers a late-night snack service – very thoughtful! We accidentally left our child's swimsuit in the changing room, and they were kind enough to keep it safe for us.
When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir. Overall, a very satisfying stay.
The breakfast also featured Leshan's local specialties like tofu pudding and 'ka bing' (a type of flatbread).
