Perfect
Zzdh12The room was spacious and bright, clean and hygienic, with comfortable bedding, and even a generous selection of fruits and snacks provided. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, thoroughly explaining parking, laundry facilities, and breakfast details. The hotel's environment is elegant, and there's a direct elevator to the underground parking, making getting around convenient. It happened to be raining on Emei Mountain that day, and my clothes got soaked, but being able to wash and dry them at the hotel was a huge relief. Breakfast was served individually, with a rich variety of options, plus authentic 'sausage noodles' (saozi mian), ensuring you'd leave full. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

GGuest User🥰 The perfect haven after conquering Golden Summit, a true retreat for mind and body!
Just finished my trip to the Cloud-Kissed Golden Summit, and this hotel provided a comfort far beyond my expectations. The environment is elegant, surrounded by mountains and a lake. Waking up to the misty lake in the morning created a perfectly serene atmosphere.
Dining: The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Saturday's buffet dinner, with its seafood and specialty dishes, felt very thoughtfully put together.
Facilities: The private hot spring was a highlight. The water quality was excellent, and the privacy was superb – truly a godsend for relaxing tired muscles after a hike.
Service: The staff were warm and attentive, handling every detail with great care.
From its location and environment to the service, everything was impeccable. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe lobby is bright and spacious, living up to its reputation as a 'forest hotel' – the air is incredibly fresh. It's really pleasant to just stroll around the hotel grounds. The Chinese restaurant here is fantastic; having dishes available in small, medium, and large portions is a thoughtful touch. You can try a wide variety of delicious food without even leaving the hotel. The room has been renovated; it's not super modern but perfectly adequate, and everything is very clean. It would be even better if the shower head could be replaced with an adjustable one. We booked a lake view room, and the rocking chair on the balcony was a lovely spot to relax. During the May Day holiday, the hotel organized a lot of great activities. There was even late-night supper, and the 'Bo Bo Ji' (Sichuan hot pot skewers) was delicious. For the hot springs, I personally found the indoor ones to be cleaner. There's a shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off, and the hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and have excellent attitudes. The service is truly superb!

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service.
When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us.
The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef.
Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

RRanmubaodengaiThe Le Méridien Emeishan Resort was an amazing experience! Its convenient location near the scenic area and high-speed rail station, coupled with its serene, greenery-filled environment, made for a perfect stay. Our room was spacious and clean with a stunning lake view, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Heartfelt Review:
We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Le Méridien Emeishan during our trip to Emei Mountain. The hotel boasts an impressive design, with a grand spiral staircase in the lobby that's perfect for photos, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of the lake and mountains, creating an incredible atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable bathrooms and good soundproofing. Strolling through the grounds is very pleasant, and both the swimming pool and hot tubs are ideal for relaxation. There's even a dedicated play area for kids. Dining options are plentiful and delicious, and the staff are polite and considerate, making check-in efficient. Parking is convenient for those driving, and getting to the scenic area is very easy. GGuest UserIt is simply a treasure hotel for traveling around Chengdu. First of all, it has a superior location, located halfway up Mount Emei. You can enjoy a lot of negative oxygen ions without spending a penny on tickets, and you can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Emei. Secondly, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and it is especially safe to bring children to stay. Third, the bed is very comfortable to lie on and will not cause back pain. Fourth, the hotel is right at the entrance of Zero Kilometer Mountain, where you can buy tickets to transfer to the scenic area bus, with convenient transportation. The most important thing is that the boss is kind and nice, I must highly recommend it!

XxiaojingWe booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.

GGuest UserChoosing this hotel for my Emei Mountain trip was such a smart decision! It's close to the high-speed rail station, and parking is convenient if you're driving. The entire hotel, inside and out, is impeccably clean; the public areas are spotless. In the rooms, the bathrooms have a great wet/dry separation, with no strange odors or overlooked corners. The staff are incredibly friendly and proactive, even helping with luggage. Their attention to detail made the experience truly exceptional!
